I am Brad Bingham I am an Allstate agent in Arlington, Texas.
About noon we started getting some weather alerts that said
we have severe weather in the area. The sirens started going off around 1:00.
I was out to lunch and stopped on the way back from lunch and videoed a tornado in my town.
I really didn't know what I was in for, until I got to the field.
It was pretty devastating.
We started getting our first phone calls so I went to see my customers
to make sure they knew that Allstate would be there to take care of them.
"Hey Steve, Brad with Allstate." "Thanks for coming."
I just wanted to make sure I got to my customers to make sure they were ok
and they were not hurt and make sure their houses were liveable.
"The tornado came along this edge right here, we caught the outer edge of it."
I went up to the mobile unit, met with those guys,
they are the front line people with the customers filing claims,
helping them with situations and their response was phenomenal.
The best feeling I get when working with an organization like Allstate
is the back up and support. What we sell is our delivery.
And it is awesome to see in a disaster area the delivery from Allstate.
At the end of the day, when I go home,
that makes me feel good that this is what I'm selling.
I try to make sure my customers know that if they ever need me,
no matter what it is, that i will be there for them.
That's my pledge to my customers and I know it is Allstate's pledge as well.
