Nikolas: I'm glad we resolved our issues on the shipping deal.
Roberto: I must confess, I was expecting a tedious meeting.
But what a pleasant surprise to find myself in the company of a fellow music lover.
Brook Lynn: Oh, I just wish that I had, you know, as much music history as you do.
You're like a walking encyclopedia.
Roberto: But you, you are the performer. I would love to hear you sing.
Nikolas: Yeah. You know, Brook Lynn is actually-- she's a really great singer.
Recorded a few songs.
Wouldn't be surprised if she's famous someday.
Roberto: Modest as well as lovely. You're a lucky man, Nikolas.
I was tempted to try and whisk her away with me to Moonpark next month.
Nikolas: Moonpark? Mmm. Moonpark.
What's that? What's Moonpark?
Brook Lynn: Moonpark is, like, the electronica concert of Argentina.
It is absolutely insane.
Roberto: I would have loved to show you my country.
But as you're taken...
Brook Lynn: Oh, no. No, no, no. I'm sorry. No, I'm not taken.
Nikolas and I, we're-- we're strictly business, so.
Roberto: Well in that case, would you like to have dinner with me tonight?
Suzanne: Do you remember the promise you made me give you?
Brenda: Mm-hmm.
Suzanne: You made me swear that if the day ever came when you mentioned the baby
Or the miscarriage that I'd shut you up.
Brenda: I know.
Suzanne: I went through quite a few hoops to make sure no one knew--
Paparazzi, the fans.
I was a P.R. genius, if I do say so myself.
Brenda: No, you were.
Suzanne: Okay.
Brenda: And I'm grateful.
But I just feel now like it would be wrong to marry Sonny and keep any secrets from him.
Suzanne: Well, there's a simple solution. Don't marry Sonny.
Brenda: Wow. I'm so tired of hearing that.
Suzanne: Well, maybe it's time you started listening.
Brenda: Sonny and I are going to be married, and nothing's going to stop us.
Abby: If it weren't for you
I don't even think I'd be brave enough to press charges.
Michael: Sure you would.
Abby: This time, I am not going to hide from what happened.
Michael: Brandon needs to pay for what he did.
Abby: He always acted like he owned me. I hate that I was ever even with him.
Michael: He can't hurt you anymore.
Carly: Hi.
Michael: Hey.
Carly: I'm here to apologize.
You've been a really good friend to my son.
Michael needed someone to talk to, and you helped him.
I'm so sorry for what that *** did to you.
I'm grateful Michael could help you.
Abby: I'm the one who's grateful. Your son is an amazing man.
Roberto: I don't leave town until tomorrow.
Perhaps tonight, you can introduce me to a club you enjoy.
Nikolas: Oh, no, no.
No, sorry. Brook and I, we have a previous engagement that we have to do.
It's a sit-down dinner in Manhattan.
Yeah.
The hostess there, she's quite fond of Brook Lynn
And I promised that I would bring her.
Roberto: Well, you're clearly in demand.
Brook Lynn: Yeah. More than I knew. [Laughs]
Roberto: I must run.
It has been a pleasure, and I hope we get to meet again.
Perhaps at Moonpark.
Brook Lynn: That sounds fabulous, but you know, I will be honest with you.
Between my gigs and my commitments with Nikolas, I am really busy.
Roberto: I understand. Nikolas, very happy with our deal.
Nikolas: Yes, mutually beneficial agreement. Thank you.
Roberto: Quite so.
And as for you, Brook Lynn, I'm always open for renegotiation.
Brook Lynn: What was that? Nikolas: What?
Brook Lynn: What was that?
"Oh, I'm sorry, we have a sit-down dinner, and the hostess is fond of Brook Lynn."
Nikolas: I just wanted to give you an out without offending Roberto.
Brook Lynn: Oh. Oh. See, yeah.
Now, I'm glad that we straightened that out
'Cause for a second there, I thought, you know, you might be jealous.
Shawn: How often are you going to therapy?
Molly: Twice a week.
I've also been learning about Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
There's a lot of information online and at the library.
Are you going to therapy also?
Shawn: I used to. Now, I go to support groups.
Molly: Oh, I was thinking about that myself.
I read an article that said they're really helpful.
In fact, there's this meeting tonight at the Y. Would you like to come with me?
Shawn: [Chuckles] Not sure I'd fit in with a group of kids.
Molly: Oh, no. It's vets like you-- Iraq, Afghanistan.
Shawn: Wait a minute.
Molly: What?
Shawn: It's great that you're dealing with this, okay? Really.
But sitting down with a bunch of combat vets?
That's a little intense.
Molly: Well, I couldn't find one for bus crash survivors.
Shawn: So maybe, for now, you stick to your sessions with your therapist.
Molly: I suppose.
But it's not really her area of expertise.
Honestly, I think I already know more than she does.
Shawn: That probably happens to you a lot, huh?
[Molly and Shawn laugh]
Molly: Thanks for listening, Shawn. You're a good person. Let's go.
Shawn: I'll walk you.
Molly: I'm sure you'll help a lot of people while you're here.
Brenda: Yeah. It's perfect.
I actually looked over everything, and it's all a go.
Well, why would you be surprised? You know you have amazing taste.
What are you talking about? That is not true.
I do not fight with you about everything.
Just-- you know what? Never mind. Please.
The wedding's in a few weeks. Everything you're doing's great.
Just tell me what I need to do next. Uh-huh. All right. I can do that. Okay. Bye.
Carly: Hey. Jason here?
Brenda: Uh, no. He's out.
Carly: Where? I need to talk to him.
Brenda: Um, I don't know.
Listen-- but since you're here
Maybe we could just, you know, get a few things straight.
Carly: I don't have time for this.
Brenda: Oh. Listen. I mean, I-- I heard you, um, broke things off with Jax.
Carly: We're not talking about that.
Brenda: Okay. I would just like to ask you if you could please
At this moment, not go to Sonny and act all needy and emotional...
Carly: This may surprise you, but not everything in the world revolves around you.
There are other things, like my kids and the hell they're going through right now.
You don't want to have this conversation with me.
Dante: So I'm going to need to ask you just a few last questions
Before we file charges against Brandon.
Abby: I'll do whatever it takes to put Brandon away.
Dante: That's good.
I need a statement from you, too.
Just whatever you saw, heard. That kind of stuff.
Michael: It's pretty hard to remember. I kind of lost it.
Dante: Yeah. That's okay. It's normal. You reacted to save Abby.
Michael: Dante, it was more than that. Uh...
What almost happened to Abby... happened to me.
I was *** in Pentonville.
Dante: I did this. I put you in prison--
Michael: It's not your fault.
Dante: If I didn't come forward and--
Michael: Look, there's no way you could have known about Carter.
The whole thing was set up by Franco as a way to get to Jason.
I try to keep telling myself that every day just to keep things in perspective.
Dante: I don't know what to say to you.
Michael: I don't blame you. Honest, I don't.
Dante: Well, you're-- I don't think I'd be as forgiving.
Michael: Yeah, you would.
Dante: No. You're-- you're a better man than I've ever been, and I--
I can't-- I can't believe what you had to go through.
Michael: In my statement, do I have to talk about being ***, or--?
Dante: No, no. No.
That has nothing to do with Brandon's attack.
You just explain what happened that night, what you saw and heard
And that you came to Abby's defense.
Abby: So can you arrange it so that Michael just doesn't have to get too involved?
Dante: Uh, yeah. I could-- I'll talk to the D.A.
And see if a written statement is enough.
Michael: Well, won't the case be stronger if I testify?
Dante: Yeah.
Michael: Okay. Then I will.
Dante: You got a hell of a friend here.
Abby: Yeah. Best I've ever had.
Dante: I'll get this stuff in motion.
Abby: Okay.
Dante: And I'll, um-- I'll see you at home.
Brenda: Is something wrong with Michael or Morgan?
Carly: That's so none of your business. Go back to planning your wedding.
Brenda: Listen. I mean, you know
Michael and Morgan are going to be my stepsons.
So if there's anything going on, I mean, I'd love to help.
Carly: I want you to stay away from my kids.
Brenda: Amazing. Why do I bother?
Carly: I don't know. Why do you bother?
As far as I can see, anything that takes Sonny's attention away from you
Is just an inconvenience.
Brenda: Listen to me.
Sonny and I are going to get married.
Those kids are going to be my stepkids. You might as well get used to it.
Carly: Are we done?
'Cause I have to go deal with my real family.
Brenda: Yeah. This wedding's happening.
Carly: Oh. We'll see, won't we?
Brenda: [Laughs] Wow.
You really need to face reality at some point.
Carly: Oh, no. You need to face reality.
Isn't it funny how the truth has a nasty way of coming back to bite you?
Steve: Any calls, Epiphany?
Epiphany: Heh. A) I am not your secretary.
B) If you want to speak to Ms. Falconeri I suggest that you call her yourself.
Steve: Well, nothing gets by you, does it?
Epiphany: I would gladly ignore the supply room shenanigans
In this hospital If only I could.
Robin: Okay. So I'll take Emma to the mother-daughter Valentine's Day party
At the cupcake shop in the morning.
You can have her in the afternoon. That work?
Patrick: That's perfect. Thank you for the compromise.
Robin: No problem. It's easy.
But can you imagine when she's a teenager and she plays us against each other?
Patrick: We'll have to stand firm.
Robin: What? Please! You're such a pushover.
Patrick: I am not a pushover.
Robin: You have the willpower of a gnat when it comes to our daughter.
And you know you're going to end up being the fun parent
And I'm going to be the strict one.
Patrick: Well, that won't be my fault.
Robin: I can see it now.
Emma's third grade teacher will say, "Pick an adjective for each of your parents"
And she'll raise her hand, and she'll say, "Daddy, cool. Mommy, not cool."
Patrick: [Laughs] Good times ahead.
Robin: Yeah. That's for sure.
Steve: Hey, Patrick, do you have a minute to look at a C.T. scan?
Patrick: Yeah, I do. Okay, I'll see you later.
Terrell: Just the doctor I was looking for.
About that conversation we never finished.
You got any plans for Valentine's Day?
Robin: Uh, I do, actually. I have a hot date at the cupcake shop.
Terrell: [Laughs] I'm going to have to learn to move faster when it comes to you.
Robin: Guess you will.
Terrell: Yes, I will.
