The No User Left Behind is a core philosophy at Elluminate.
We've always adhered to that.
In the early days
what it meant was it didn't really matter what sort of bandwidth you're coming in on
we wanted to make sure that even if you had a slow dial up 56 kbs
kind of a connection
that you'd still be able to have a really decent experience
in an online virtual interaction environment.
So, that's where we started out.
But since then we've added a few other legs to this No User Left Behind table
that we're building.
The second leg really is the fact that
it doesn't matter which kind of computer you're coming in on.
It can be a Mac, it can be a PC, it can be a Linux environment, and everything that you
can do in one you can do in the other.
You can see each other, you can see each other's whiteboard, you can upload presentations,
you can do live video
you can do live audio any of those things you can do in any of those environments.
The third thing that we added to the No User Left Behind
is accessibility
and this is really really, really important now.
Where it doesn't matter
that you have certain disabilities
we've tried to put in technology
to make sure that your experience is as good as possible also.
So for example if you're deaf or hard of hearing
we've built in a module called closed captioning
so you can go ahead and read whatever it is that
the audio discussion is that's happening.
If you have any visual difficulties we've added lots and lots of support
for screen readers like jaws and things like that.
So really No User Left Behind from our perspective
is such a core philosophy to make sure that
everybody no matter where they are
no matter what
type of computer the have, no matter what type of internet connection they have,
and lately no matter even if you have some disabilities
you're able to really participate in a learning session which you just can't do with other competing models.
