Hello, my name is Adam Davila. The name of my business is Crossfit Austin. My website
is www.crossfitaustin.com. I’ll be demonstrating the basic pushup. When you’re doing the
basic pushup, you want to make sure that you maintain a shoulder width stance. That your
fingers are also pointing forward. You want to make sure that your abdominals are contracted,
that your gluttials are contracted, that your heels and toes are together, and that you
go ahead and look down at the floor when you’re doing a pushup.
