My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm actually going to show
you how to actually make eggnog and stop buying that nasty stuff in a carton at the grocery
store. Alright, now it's time for our condensed milk. Now it's 5 ounces of this and you always
want to make sure you follow the instructions on the lid of the can, it says shake well
because if not your not going to get the full benefit of this. So were just going to go
a head and plop all this in here. I'll stir it up as I pour it in. Make sure I get every
last drop here. This will be a good time to get our spatula out and tend to the sides
of our bowl where you can see I've got some egg yolk that's just sitting up there, doesn't
want to play with the rest of the egg yolk, were going to force it to play along nicely
now. There we are. So now were just going to gently whisk all this together. Make sure
we have a nice homogeneous mixture.
When I feel as if we do now I'm going to start adding the milk in in batches. We're going
to do it a little bit at a time because if we do it all at once it doesn't absorb the
sugar and you?re still going to be really grainy. Now it's onward to adding the milk.
