Next we're going to go with is our presentation. So, as you can tell from me, I'm huge on presentation.
Presentation is all about eating with your eyes. So we've lightly tossed our mixed greens,
little bit of balsamic vinaigrette. Simple stir, you can make this right at home I'm
telling you. You know what? I've worked in restaurants, I've done it all. But I will
tell you when it comes down to making food, it's so simple, so easy. If you put that tag
on you that it's going to be hard, then it'll be hard. So, our tongs. Always start your
salad at that angle, right there. Dive your tongs into the center of the plate, because
salads are all about depth. Take that, pop that over. That's the first part of our presentation
for our salad. Make sure you always want to have a nice, clean crystal clear plate where
you can definitely view and see what you're doing. So this is our, and I actually want
to move this over. So it's the first part of our mixed green salad of our presentation.
