John Culina: My name is John Culina, from Premium Coatings and I’ve had a Compare Quotes video for probably eight months. The first thing I thought about when I got a phone call from CompareQuotes and I was told that the video, it was priced, and I thought oh I’m not quite sure if this is in my budget.
Don Jenkins: It was kind of like it was a new product, so it was a little bit like well do I go with it. Do I put my money here; my advertising dollars are very few. So I need to know where to use that money and so when they told me exactly what the value would be, went on and kind of looked at that and said you know what we really need something for our website especially and also to put on CDs and give to customers and kind of introduce our company because it’s a new company and a new concept.
John Culina: The price was no where near what I expected it to be, it was much, much cheaper. And the first thing I realized was how simple and how effective and how professional, I’m small, is this like myself can it be…?
Justin Rigby: What we found when we bought the product was that the whole prices was quite easy, the finished product was great.
David Drezner: The theme of CompareQuotes come on the day, they film you in your own environment and ask you questions specifically about your business and it’s actually very easy, it’s very fluent and you’re showing what you have and it’s a pleasure.
Don Jenkins: CompareQuotes took very little footage of quality shots of what I could see and they turned it into something amazing. I think it’s a great video and people have post that it is.
Daniel Degiorgio: The video gave our clients basically the exact feel of our company and the relationship we have with our clients as well as our workers.
Justin Rigby: It helped bring out advertising into digital media. So we use it on our website, we use it on our emails and it helps introduce us to customers for the first time.
Dezy Kamara: Look honestly since we’ve been on CompareQuotes. I do find I get a lot more people calling for the quotes and also they do make it known, now look I seen seen your video on CompareQuotes or we were surfing around and we found you on CompareQuotes and that’s why we’re ringing. So it does take a lot of the additional work out of the process, they just how, all about just watch the video.
John Culina: The video feedback that I get from customers is that they get a chance to see who we are, what we look like and who to expect at their front door when they do make that phone call. It lessens the block there’s no confrontational moments for a potential client.
Don Jenkins: What I found with it is that our customers are now coming to us when I walk up to do the job or do the quote, they’re saying, “hey, I really like that video.”
David Drezner: The thing I like most about the video was the ability to portray to our customers how good we are, all day we’re trying to get the message that we’re large or that we have large trucks or that we have support teams, that we have large storage and by having it on video it makes that connection with the client, you can actually see who we are and what we do and what we offer? It’s a huge advantage.
Dezy Kamara: It’s another way of advertising on another form. It does bring the quotes in and get people ringing to get their quotes and also the booking side as well, and people feel more confident to book knowing that they’ve been on compare quotes and had a bit of a look around.
Daniel Degiorgio: It’s a different way of advertising and people like to be able to see what they’re getting.
Don Jenkins: The value for the advertising dollar is why I would recommend is the video and the CompareQuotes company because if you look at the amount that you’ll spend on a video and think about how many people you’re introducing yourself to, this video introduces our company to 1500 to 2000 people a month. So we’re looking twelve months of 2000 people, that’s 24,000 people, times how many years we’ve had it on there, the value for money for advertising is incredible.
David Drezner: I would definitely recommend other companies to have a video. It’s a great marketing tool it allows you to connect to the clients, allows you to show the best aspect of your business. People want to see who they are using they’ve got the ability and if you have any, if you’re not showing that on your campaigns you are left behind.
John Culina: I really think its value for money. I think, it’s the way to go and I, I think like I think it’s compulsory. I think that you’ve got to have a YouTube CompareQuotes they make it bottom of you email, signature, if nothing else.
