My name's Eammon McCabe. I'm a photographer with The Guardian mainly, I do a little bit of work with
The Royal Academy magazine. It's been a great day. I love the spirit of it and I'm
very jealous of people starting out, but I just love the idea of just watching
all these people go by getting their gong, you know - getting their aware and
going out in to the world, there's a great spirit and I just loved the mood in the end
of the room when that uh... if you like the mass celebration, people having
finished their courses and now just to see them all go down the M6 and give it a crack.
I'd love to see where they all are in say, ten years' time. I've come and taught on the photography course few times,
I've done workshops - one I did about six months ago i got something from them
they got something from me.

makes mistakes but also when it works it's brilliant. I think teaching
photography is very, very important at Staffordshire. Teach people to talk about
photography is a very hard thing to do because everyone thinks they can do it.
The other thing I really believe in is you can only photograph or film or write
about things you're passionate
