Hi, my name is Sarina Stone. I'm a certified instructor with universal healing tao and
I'm a speaker on the subject of natural health. I travel the country - well, actually the
globe talking to men, women and families about ways to stay healthy and happy and live long
healthy lives that don't involve icky things like chemicals and drugs and things like that.
Today our subject is healthy intestines. In particular, the constipation cure. Now, constipation
for those of you that don't know is when we eat food and it doesn't move through our belly
in five, six, eight hours. When your food gets stuck in your belly it rots. If you question
that, leave it out on the counter for a day or two or five, and see what happens. That
same chemical process happens inside the body if our food stays inside us too long. It begins
to rot. It begins to make what we say uhm, noxious gasses, poison. And this poison goes
right into our blood stream and everything just feels kind of icky. I cannot say enough
about why having good digestion and clean intestines is important. But what I can do
is show you a few techniques today that when combines with a decent diet, how about some
vegetables, when combined with some clean water, a little fresh air and some movement,
may help you to get your system moving naturally, chemical free and help you to feel better
and live longer. So what you're about to watch are three techniques, self massage but I want
you to watch this with a friend so you can work on each other, ok? So these techniques
just for the large intestine are going to help you keep that food moving so you can
stay cleaner and more alert, extend your life and definitely improve the quality of the
live you have. And by the way, don't forget the part where we work with children. If you
