My name is Natalie, and I am a senior in high school.
My name is LaDarius, and I'm a junior in high school.
My name is JB and I'm a senior in high school.
I took Dual Enrollment because it was a great opportunity
for me to go ahead and get a head start as a junior.
I became interested in Dual Enrollment because,
my older sister also did it.
Even though it's a college class,
it's not too overwhelming.
The work is very doable.
I like the fact that you can take college classes in high school,
and receive college credit.
and you get some high school credit too.
I really enjoy it, because it's kind of giving you the college experience,
instead of going in freshman year of college and be very overwhelmed,
I kinda already know my way,
and know how to deal with college classes and professors.
I'm Mary Cate, and I'm a senior in high school.
With AP honors classes, in high school, like you're not necessarily guaranteed the college credit.
But with Dual Enrollment, like you get it as long as you pass the class.
You're not required to pass a test,
and then, that test score has to be accepted into your college,
It's for sure given.
So it'll lessen your hours in college.
My name's Taylor, and I'm a senior in high school.
I'm really busy, but it lets me get my stuff done, because I don't have it every day.
I can get it done on my own time,
rather than having to cram it in one night.
With Dual Enrollment classes you don't always have to necessarily,
take the classes at the actual college.
They actually have teachers that come to your actual high school.
For you to take the classes, whether it's after school, or, you know, during the school, or whatever.
I have taken classes at the high school, at the college campus, and online.
We may be high school students,
but we're treated like college students.
