I have here several components from a High Velocity Duct System.
High Velocity Duct Systems are very appealing in that we can get ductwork
and move air in a small area and very flexible and easy to get
some of this ductwork out there which otherwise would be difficult to get far
reaches of the attic
and other spaces.
This is an elbow from a main trunk system. Off of that main trunk,
we would tie in
some of this flexible duct. This is two inch in diameter has three-eighths inch
installation that goes around this and this would get tied into this.
The sealing exit would be an outlet that gets mounted like this. These are also
available for a uh... slanted ceiling as well with a different exit
This gets tied over in here.
We also have couplings that would be able to tie
two ends of this ductwork together.
Couplings simply slips into both ends like this.
You push the insulation back in around this.
After, securing this around here with this clamp.
Once secured and pinched in singed in place
you have a nice secure fit
