Anti-personnel mines are useless against tanks. For these vehicles we're going to need a bit
more fire-power. The default AT mine is effective in stopping
vehicles, though people normally have enough time to escape from the wreckage before that
blows up, provided the vehicle in question is beefier than a car. Even against the heaviest
of tanks, 2 seems enough to disable it provided it drives directly over them.
Think of the M6 Slam as a virtual trip-mine- you can choose the direction it faces when
planting it or placing it in the editor. If things directly approach it, it will either
go off too early or simply won't detonate at all. However, put it to the side of the
road so that it's facing across it and it will destroy anything. ANYTHING. Driving directly
over it has the same effect. As long as you're behind the M6 mine you won't take much damage
when it goes off. People don't detonate it, and trust me, I've
tried. Unlike the AT mine which is fairly difficult to see, the M6 Slam mine is easy
to spot, which is just as well since it's really dangerous.
Let's congratulate the camera-man who hasn't died so far this video. Well done.
