massive macaron today you need lots of fun ingredients um yeah but as it's a french video
we've gotta do a french theme so lets get dressed right James, lets....

Right i'm keeping my stocking on with my incredible hulk socks I don't care what you say man I'm
just going for it what are you doing? Now i'm mixing all the almonds up and we're gonna
mix it with the icing sugar and a bit of the egg white so it's going into a huge bowl combining
it. We are now mixing together, sorry you like French people? I love Paris, I love Paris
too it's an amazing City we should be part of a Paris tourist board imagine landing in
Paris and seeing us no? So James is working on the icing sugar and almonds combining that
and i've got the fun job we've got eggs today that i've got to seperate normally we buy
cartons of egg white to make it easy but i've got 24 eggs to seperate. Attention folks there
is a egg in my hands and we crack the egg with the egg white in one bowl and the yolk.....

Right so we're gonna put in our egg whites now look at those lovely whites no shell that's
actually only 9 of the whites right because we've split them? yes Michelle. Michelle?
My name is Michelle in that goes probably might have needed a bucket or a bowl but we'll
go with it right we'll mix it and it'll go to a nice paste. Pasty, pasty.
You are not seeing double right now there is 2 French men in the kitchen and i'm just
gonna split the rest of the egg white and yolk while James combines up there what you
doing up there mate? the paste, la past, la past. Oh no a big accident some egg yolk is
in the egg white! Right what's the next step mate, the next
step is to whisk the egg whites until peaky. Mate I recognise that bucket, I think it had
a marshmallow in it, it did oh yeah it had a big marshmallow in it last time we used
it where is the bucket please amazing that's there we've got our egg whites nice and whipped
gonna get some sugar in there and it's gonna get combined together with our paste in the
yellow bucket. Into the yellow bucket goes the sugar and
the egg white i'm just sort of scattering that on like that whooo 1kg of caster sugar.
Hello we are carrying on with the recipe again lots of hands, paste and lilac food colouring
because it's sensitive and tender like us and the dog so we're just gonna drop it in.
Oh smother that paste in there like a French plasterer you know what I mean. Hello little
daisy how old are you? where is the swimming pool? no? sit.
Righty then folks we're dividing up our macaron mixture so we've got one you might be able
to see it there just sat in the corner and we're pushing it out there it sort of spreads
itself out for you but give it a little French loving at it'll love you back.
You have got yourself a good set of rims there mate, some good rims just to take the shape
of our macaron and it helps it stop spilling out right and left it for like half an hour
yeah just get a nice bit of skin over it - it's time to bake it, in they go, oh yeah I am
looking over your French shoulder it's very pretty. In it goes......
