My name is Oftum, I'm from New York and was originally from Southwest Russia. I came to
Rightlook for the wheel and rim repair course. It's a 3-day course with an awesome trainer,
Ruben. The course was made specifically for me and my father because of the difficulty
of speaking English. So, they ended up closing the course for just the two of us.
The trainer was very professional. Ruben was very thorough with hands-on training and even
before hands-on training, where he went step-by-step overlooking every process of wheel and rim
repair from the sales, to the repair itself, to what kind of customer you can service,
wholesale or retail... He pretty much went over wheel and rim repair A-to-Z.
Rightlook was the complete package in the industry. They're not a franchise, they don't
ask for upfront information and stuff like that. They have all the chemicals, they have
all the equipment, they have all of the training, they have a complete package under one roof.
And the training, you can't go wrong with that.
We're looking to expand. Once we do expand we'll probably send more people down here.
If anything, expand out services and take more classes. The experience I've had here
probably is not going to be matched anywhere else so, if I have questions I'll definitely
be back here.
It's the whole package. Pretty much, you go from not knowing anything about the business
to knowing everything about the business. Pretty much, within 3-5 days you can go on
and do this by yourself.
