I've been riding in skate parks for a bit before I got the idea through a bunch of bikers
and friends that they were like, oh you should do a back flip on your wheelchair, and I was
like that sounds like a brilliant idea.
I crashed a pretty good amount of times, but I mean, I guess that's part of the job and
part of the fun and part of the risk. My favourite thing I've learned is how to fall.
I've done a double back flip. Like right now, I'm working on perfecting 360s, which are
actually quite tricky because back flips are a natural motion, but 360s are kind of like woah.
I don't know if it ever really clicked that I could be a stunt man on a chair. It just
like happened. Then I was actually able to do actual stunt work for movies.
And um, this chair's got skateboard wheels and pretty much mountain bike wheels on the
back, but they're made for wheelchairs. And um, full suspension all over the place.
We are in Europe for about six weeks doing a tour. We're really pumped. It's going to
be crazy.
