Hi, Here's a delicious recipe with cherries: le clafoutis
Sift 60 g of flour and a pinch of salt
Add 200g of milk mixing with a whisk to avoid lumps
add 150 g of sugar mixed with a packet of vanilla sugar
add 3 beaten eggs
the preparation is ready
you need a ceramic mold with butter to cook the clafoutis
Do not use teflon mold or stainless if you want a nice result
spread uniformly 500g of cherries
add the préparation
add about 20g butter
until the cherries are in season, you can substitute plums or pears
if you want you can add icing sugar
