Hi guys! New video for the double nunchaku. The first, and 'til now only one I shot it a year ago. Here is the link to the playlist.
You'll find that one as well as the others I'll do in the future.
So, this movement is very simple. To be able to do it you just need the downwards 8 and the upwards 8.
Somewhere here I'll put the link to that tutorial. It's the same thing, but with 2 nunchucks.
Start with them behind the shoulders and do this. Remember to give them a good accelaration with the wrists.
This can be done in 3 directions: towards the front, 45 degrees and laterally. Not too much laterally or it'll put stress on your shoulders.
So, front, 45, open. Move between each direction without stopping the rotation.
Start here, open up, and open up more.
And return, close, and close more.
The eyes are important: when you do it in the front or at 45 degrees imagine there is an opponent in front of you.
When you are open, it's as there was one on each side, so move with the eyes.
