We are in Kyrgyzstan to become pop-stars. We have made a song we hope will be a monster hit.
We will be: Big in Kyrgyzstan.
It is very early in the morning in Kyrgyzstan. We are going to be on a Kyrgyzs morning show to sing our song "Janym".
We have practiced the whole night and had almost no sleep at all.
We have sent the backing music in an email to TV-station. But sending an email in Kyrgyzstan isn’t that easy.
Ok, the studio should send…. We were told to send the music in an email. But they have “closed downloads”.
So we don't have any backing. Then we'll have to play it acoustic.
Is it on e-mail.
This is Andoura. She is going to play an instrument called the Komuz on our song,
and since she hasn’t received the song by email either, she doesn’t know what she is going to play.
In Kyrgyzstan, the morning show is aired both in Russian and Kyrgyzs. The first one is the Russian one.
Since we still have a “closed download situation”, we don't have got any backing music.
What?
I'm talking to the guests..
Andoura: Why have you put it in the sleeve?
B: Now we have some drama, because the Komuz is stuck in the case.
Just a few seconds before the broadcast, they finally got the Komuz out.
Hooray!
Without an interpreter. Well, we had an amazing talk before the show. So god morgen!
Good morning!
Is it in Norwegian? Yeah.
We are glad to see you and welcome to Kyrgyzstan.
They tell us they are waiting for them next to the Holiday Hotel.
Let's hope... They should be screaming!
Since we haven’t got our backing music, we will play a Norwegian song. We hope it will be catchy.
(A song from a children’s program)
There are many birthday songs that are very good,
but I want to sing one that is only for you.
Hurrah for you today, hurrah!
Hurrah for you today!
It is the birthday of Labbetuss (a dog).
It is the birthday of Labbetuss.
Well done!
We've sung in Norwegian, guys, and showed that we can also do "Labudus sabushta" (mispronounced "Labbetus har bursdag"), we must remember, yeah.
"Labudus guitar". "Labudus guitar", yes.
The presenters can’t get enough of Labbetuss, and want to learn the song.
Then it's time to do the show once more, but this time with Kyrgyzs presenters.
(speaking Kyrgyz language)
"Downloads" have finally opened, and the station has got the backing music.
Kyrgyzsta-an! This is dedicated to evryone who lo-oved! Yeah!
Sunrise, mountains, beauty, the sun is smiling. Eagles are heading to the heaven, and the meadow is waking up.
You are my beloved one, you're my janym.
I will be with you eternally.. And forever!
Janym, my girl, ayka chopa ali ya, I will wait for you forever, janym, janym, my darling.
Janym, my girl, ayka chopa ali ya.
It struck me, while we were sitting there, that we are on f….. television in Kyrgyzstan. You can say whatever you want.
I guarantee, I guarantee.

Now we are on our way.
