What a simple and quick recipe it is.
And ingredients you can find in any near shop.
Result? Cook it and you'll amazed!
Flan it's cake, pie and casserole - 3 in 1.
And absolutely without flour.
Let's go!

Take baking pan and remove the bottom. We need only ring.
Smear it with a butter.
Dip the ring in flour and twist it.
Flan won't stick. Remove the excess.
I'm lazy, so i don't want to wash whole pan.. But if you don't have pan with removable base -
Use any other pan. Smear it with butter and sprinkle with flour.
You'll wash it :)
Next.
Open the oven. Remove dripping pan. Close the oven.
Turn on 180 C (360 F).
Let it heat.
Put pan on table. Put baking paper. Put ring on the top.
Done!

It's one of the easiest dessert on earth. You never forget how it taste.
All we need, it's pour 800 ml of whole milk and 200 ml of cream in pan.
I add cream of any fat content. 10, 15 percent.. But it's better to use 30% and more.
Also you can add vanilla stick, but it cost as whole dessert.
We use 3-4 stars of anise and cardamom.
It's cheap. You can find it on the stand with spices.
I advise this spices. It change taste absolutely.

Put the pan on medium heat. We have to bring it to boil.
Stir occasionally, because milk is quickly burnt.
Meanwhile, take a bowl and separate 8 egg yolks in it.
Add 170 g of sugar and mix it with a whisk.
Also add 1 package of vanilla sugar.
We don't need whites.
You can use it to cook meringue or clementine meringue wreath.

Exactly it's season of tangerines now.

Also you can store whites in a freeze for a couple of weeks.
There is no need to mix until sugar dissolved. Hot milk will solve the problem.
Now add 80 grams of corn starch. And mix it once more.
Done.

Remove spices.
Pour slowly in bowl, mixing well.
Pour it back in the pan.
Put on a medium-high heat. Mixing, cook for about a minute until thick.
That's all. Take from the heat.
Mix for 10 second and pour in the ring.
Smooth the surface.
Now we have two ways.
If you are hurry - put in the oven now.
If you have time - wait until cool to room temperature.
Crust can be slightly uneven, if you put it now. But taste will be the same.

Put flan in the oven. 220 C (440 F) for 40-45 minutes or until golden.
Take out. I bake it for a 40 minutes until very golden crust, as i like.
Let it cool. The best cover with a foil and put in fridge for a night.
