Hello, today I'm going to present to you the Angelcare AC 401.
The following items are included in this package:
On the left side you can see the parent unit in its charging station and its corresponding charging cable.
On the right, there's the baby unit with its charging cable.
Since the Babyphone is also working as a motion detector, there are also two mats included
which can detect any motions of your child.
Underneath them is the instruction manual.
Let's have a closer look at both units.
The parent unit has a display on the front side with a row of buttons beneath.
On the back we see the battery box and the belt clip.
The baby unit has a row of LED lights, which I will be explaining later.
The same applies to the two wings on its side.
This ring up here is the nightlight.
On the back we see the plug socket for the motion detectors.
Their sensitivity can be adapted here.
There is also a battery box right here, so you can use the baby unit without a charger.
Now let's look at the parenting unit.
The display shows the temperature right here.
You can see the battery status on the upper right corner
and the bar on the left is indicating the sound level in the nursery.
You can click through the menu on the menu button and select various settings.
Here on the right, you can change the volume.
And now the baby unit in detail.
You can switch the power on and off on this wing.
These lights will inform you whether the unit is connected to electricity or if it runs with batteries.
This light here shows if the mats register any movements
and that button right here is the page button.
Pushing it will cause an alarm on the parent unit.
The nightlight can be switched on and off with this wing.
After our tests the Angelcare AC 401 scored the grade "very good".
Especially the reliable motion detector, its variety of functions
and the comparably low electromagnetic pollution were able to convince us of its quality.
