are we've got to get right into the because there's so much to talk about
mit romney and what i'm can call you
freudian slip although you might call it really just what he thinks that actually
wants to say
um...
called america accompany accompany
which really
explains so much doesn't louis because
that's exactly how he would run the country if you were present
was basically what it is it's one johnnie
corporation exactly that's how he thinks about it and that's what he said let's
take a look at the video
let's listen to the idea but it wasn't showing in my view
is he was pulling in the wrong direction
he didn't know what it takes to actually make the economy work
paul ryan and i understand how the economy works we understand how
washington works will reach across the island five but people who like as want
to make it sure this company deals with senators
america on track again
there we go we need to deal with this company
called america
and we could get it on track
the goal of a company is to make money where is the role of government is
not to make money
but maybe that is what the the goal would be at mit romney where the
president
and i'm sure he'd be very good at it i mean technically outsourcing american
jobs to china
uh... might make the this company some money right well that it's interesting
because rodney that's actually write romney's believed that the government is
a company
kind of explains why he's so dedicated to cutting programs that he perceives to
be inefficient because they cost money even though they're helping people
this is a fundamental problem so
mistake freudian slip
what he meant to say call it what you want
it's very very telling because it coincides perfectly
with how he's been campaigning that the thing only talks about his money
and and the economy as if
the bottom line
is profit for this country in money we should be saving more
i don't know but i mean it seems like the welfare of the citizens of this
country's is second to to mani the same it as it is in a corporation
right then let's run the come to the country like a business this company the
united states
will sell those on profit all national parks or at least four open them up
to drilling by private companies which will get to mit romney's
uh... an *** plan shortly
let's privatize the rivers and streams uh... which actually we already in a
sense are seeing in terms of how some of those bottled water manufacturers are
just taking what they want from those comments that are better than the public
rivers and streams
uh... looked through all that stuff people defending this is a verbal slip
also
there's a difference between a so-called
benign verbal slip read a verbal type of sorts anna freudian slip
that really appears to approximate the reality of what you believe right
because that this is an
mit romney accidentally said something that he doesn't have a long track record
of really kind of acting on and clearly showing that he believes
it's exactly in line with everything we've been saying for years
about willard meetings and running
precisely
he plans to run the psychic complex
leading capital yeah
interesting stuff with by the way
needed a lot of one point which we talked about yesterday did some federal
assistance to help
loan restructuring
mentioned uh... we'll go to china
uh... for that restructuring
this is fascinating remember at the mit romney of republican national convention
speak last week where
the uh... there was a very high q_ lighting at that event and you saw him
kind of walking around
and coming in when he was going to do his speech
and he was shaking hands in the cameramen kind of cut back and forth
back and forth
interestingly enough but one of the points where the cameras the pool camera
which all the national t_v_ networks picked up at one point
those cameras moved away from romney and they wanted to women who were cheering
and then they went back to rob no interestingly enough and i don't know if
this was delivered
many people think it was
i don't know if this was just
by chance i'm not really sure
tucker who was controlling those cameras
very well may have been a master pool feed
from somebody inside
uh... the r_n_c_ an r_n_c_ uh... staff member who was controlling that pool
it moved away from ron the attic key moment where he shook hands the
billionaire
republican governor and tight union activist you know who he is david coke
big handshake big embrace now fortunately
the democracy now cameras
actually got this handshake with a so we actually have side by side video this is
brilliant stuff
this is from democracy now and you'll hear amy goodman narrating what goes on
here
ancho explain that
at the exact moment
the mit romney goes and shakes hands of david kolkata braces
the cameras just don't show that
but side by side eighty will show us and if you're if you're watching you can
easily find this video
they'll be on our youtube channel it's on the democracy now channel let's take
a look and listen at what's going on here i one n go back to that moment when
mit romney made his entrance on thursday night he walked down the aisle of the
republican convention and
as he was passing the new york delegation he shook the hell
and of the state republican party chair at *** and then he shook hands with data
coca actually played his hand on his shoulder pointed at him and shook his
hand
welcome at the scene i was there on the floor we capture that handshake and
video
the poor thing that went out to that the networks broadcast coverage just before
the handshake showing too enthusiastic young women supporters and then and
overhead shot of that convention center then shot comes back around the further
down the aisle shaking hands as he ascended the stage in week i'll show
that split screen for a radio listeners you can go to democracy now dot org
uh... i think it's okay
what do you think i was
a coincidence that it's just perfectly timed right when you get the david coke
you have a shot of two young women cheering and then and overhead shot and
then it goes back when he's moved down the line
well what do you think i mean it's too perfect business
is it possible that it's coincidence yes
highly unlikely evening as i am i kindly on my neck on what do you think
understand clear uh... who this was one network who cutaway or no no no no you
don't want all that we're all the network for running a master pool feed
they all ran the same friend yahoo who was
deciding
that's what i'm saying we don't know whether that was
r_n_c_ ito for example
c_ span
runs a a feed which is controlled with in the house of representatives
and and the house can cut the audio as we've seen happens
and c_ span just have to cut a deal with it
you would think it's a it stands to reason that at the r_n_c_
the pool feed is controlled internally by the r_n_c_ and network to use that
feed
but just find the whole conspiracy a little bit bizarre just because most
people don't actually know david coke is
they don't know david okay but you have to be will it still a good idea not to
have video footage of that interaction because the obon a campaign knows who
david coke is
and there's more and more
coca recognition in this country and they can then be used in ads et-cetera
et-cetera why not avoid having that visual altogether i mean it's perfectly
reasonable
let me let me put in a different way
let's say
that president obama had not distance himself not that this is not going to be
very clear
this is not comparable okay
but let's let's say after obama distance himself from jeremiah wright
you know that have jeremiah wright is front and center at the convention and
there's video in two thousand a and his video of obama shaking hands and
embracing him
after he has said that it's it's this guy is not really in touch with anymore
so on and so forth
you know that would make it in the republican ads it doesn't matter if the
average voter doesn't recognize invite by face
it still something you want to avoid
while you why even knew what happened out there why have it on record at all
still opal which has been covering the other cameras around at the at this
convention well that would end up when they were very closely controlling what
cameras were inside the convention center this appears to be some kinda
cellphone video or something of the like
the bottom line is a microcosm of the entire republican campaign everyone in
the world has a little
camera on the phone now
yes that's a very good point
it's a microcosm of the bamboo is going to the american people
if it's it's really is
you show the exciting young women is the face of what's going on the excitement
about romney in these excited young women
instead of the billionaire anti-union business guys who are really backing the
romney campaign that side by side is representative of this entire republican
campaign
ronnie's energy plan not surprisingly champions drilling everywhere
domestically before this this week uh...
before the r_n_c_ week we had several weeks of oil and gas employees and their
families contributing millions about four million dollars to the republican
national committee okay
it's the sixth largest source of donations according to the center for
responsive politics in washington based research group
and then what do we see
the industry their political action committees donating a ton of money to
romney
donating to the republican national convention orland gas and then outcomes
mit romney
and he says you know what my energy plan to get us uh... off of uh...
foreign oil by twenty twenty
we're gonna drill everywhere in the u_s_ which is the u_s_ is going to be
drilling central
drill baby drill sensual eva sarah pale implant and all yeah i mean diagonal
bill millions and build millions for the people that will make a billions off of
this energy plan
but don't worry about that because this is what's good for america and not the
corporations that are getting the millions of dollars
and will make billions from this this is good for america
see here's the here's the thing he thinks that
what's good for the corporations is good for america
to him it's one of the same so how'd it go
america is a company as he sat
so we is this uh... is this evening a good idea
in the short term
i really doubt it some here's the thing to focus needs to be alternative
energies right at the short term it takes five to eight years to really get
a lot of these projects going
these are not renewable sources of energy so even though you can make the
argument maybe there's fifty a hundred or two hundred dollars worth of uh... of
fossil fuels there's this really the way we want to go
or do we really want to take
uh... about private under private industry
and subsidize their research into increasing efficiency for renewable
sources of energy
were our interest and maybe there are couple hundred years of fossil fuels
here
but why do we don't want to go this route we know that those are highly
inefficient sources the fed of energy
let's go in a different direction i'll just do it it's not gonna make money
though
for romney's buddies that's the problem polis
that's the thing and these are the people who were making his campaign
uh... possible
absolute
michelle bachman is completely gone now of well
she's lost her mind a long time ago that's the reality but now she's picking
it up a notch saying that
forget about mitt romney's well
president obama's wealth is really the issue in the twenty twelve election
after saying to yourself wait a second
you're talking about
opa maheu just years ago was paying student loans
and now
has an income of a few million dollars a year mostly because of the books he's
written you're saying is that wealth is really the problematic wealth
whereas mitt romney's
generational wealth
but two hundred and fifty million dollar nest egg
raising five children a long time ago adult children with nannies and the
whole thing
that's not an issue
but oh bombers
book sales are really what macomb disconnected from reality apparently
that's what michele bachmann saying here's what she had to say
you don't mind holland problems need the
u_s_ comes in the economy and that doesn't say how can someone
with that kind of vast wealth really connect the american public really
understand the point of the american public is
we'll present bomb is extremely wealthy he has life been wealthy for a number of
years
it's i think that's really the issue president obama's wealthy would
disappear what does he understand about the common man radar militant
you get asked a question about mitt romney's incredible wealth and you say
the problem is well
the problems of bombers wealth and we have to know what does he understand
about the common man negative thing
if you actually analyze this if you actually put on paper what michele
bachmann says
she's agreeing
that mitt romney's wealth is a huge problem and by definition since mitt
romney's wealth
if exponentially date of the bronco bombers
it's a much bigger problem right that's actually on paper that's what she's
saying
however
you see this response with her smiling in the whole thing
and it really seems kind of like in this direction but he's never denying that
wealth makes you
not understand the plight of the common person
she's agreeing with that yes it does not talking about ron young fortunately we
don't have that as a as a follow-up question here julie no we don't tell me
that was a master
the upa but but but interesting the tongas that's one of those examples you
talk about where when you see it on paper
it makes no sense and she had she doesn't even realize she's actually
agreeing that
mitt romney has no connection to the common man
bush is able to say it inouye
we're it's not
as shockingly stupid although we're analyzing it and really showing that it
is
yeah even though obviously the people that would
actually believe this or people who want to bring to begin with
i don't think there's going to have any effect on think anyone in the media
is picking up on this except maybe on fox news this seriously contend that the
problem with the campaigns
is obama's one
there's no difference louis between amassing two hundred million dollars in
part by destroying companies
for fun and profit using questionable tax avoidance tactics like putting money
in the cayman islands in switzerland
uh... outsourcing workers to china all that stuff
that's identical to obama paying off of student loans a few years ago
and now a making seven million mostly from book sales it's identical
it says anything

absolutely all right time to go
to charlotte north carolina let's check in with luke vargas and michael sure we
will first start with luca we spoke with just before the start of today's show
let's check in in charlotte north carolina the democratic national
convention for us to go to luke vargas from talk radio news service
lukic i've been hearing from other people on the ground there that the
republican presence at the d_n_c_ both officially and unofficially
uh... people there to read but the democratic message so on and so forth is
way stronger
than the democratic presidents
in tampa last week are you seeing the same thing
uh... absolutely seem especially here at radio ro
last night i spoke to someone from bright bart radio who is uh... staying
at the same auto but i'm staying at and he was busing odes to doubt at no one
wants to speak to us we don't have enough guests will sure enough today
that tables been very very busy karl rove is here and uh... the republicans
are actually having an event in fifteen minutes in downtown charlotte uh... he
had to think of a place where the republican party would have set up a war
room in in here in charlotte uh... you've he probably would guess the
nascar museum and that's exactly where they are at the basement level they set
up an area with television screens further communication staff can try to
push out the message abh for the republican party here at the
headquarters of the democratic movement therapy interesting whose character with
a think about it right i mean on one hand you could say well republicans are
his much met better at countering with their message of course if that was the
case
their message at the r_n_c_ last week would have been much more cohesive and
strong
the other kind of argument would be
republicans are feeling much more of a sense of desperation and feeling like
they can't lose three days of messaging
to almost exclusively democratic speakers during the d_n_c_ any what's
your sense of which it is
when i was there the democrats were trying to counter message in tampa
as you remember joe biden was scheduled to do uh... a multiple date or of
florida had to cancel that because of the hurricane also debbie wasserman
schultz spokeswoman for the d_n_c_ i was in tampa quite a bit trying to do
interviews uh... so you know that they tried by the weather got in the way but
here the republicans are are coming a lot harder on this there really is to
really try to actively counter message but they're not the only groups here
paul ryan is also going to be in the state of north carolina and libertarian
a party candidate gary johnson is going to be a balding a rally uh... program i
want to legalization rally in downtown charlotte later this evening that's a
lots of flats of groups thinking that maybe it's louisiana counter message
here in this wide open city of charlotte than it is in the more restricted
downtown area of tampa bay yet so we'll wait and see what actually of that
presence makes its way through incident in the people's minds and in the
mainstream media it may uh... we'll just have to wait and see
the other thing i wanted to check in with you about his rumor starting mostly
on conservative website understandably
that president obama thursday night speech might have to be moved from the
stadium into the main convention area
of course the reason that they would be stating would be can't get enough
they're they're not able to get enough people with the reality of the rumor
where does the stan
though the room right now is really only being uh... put forth by the daily mail
and read reports that uh...
mentor but that is as you want abut there could be other excuses given for
potential changes including the weather which last night and we had a really
really nice day yesterday sunny people were enjoying the carnival atmosphere at
site in many really certain lightning storm came through all the time i ***
are all of north carolina was read with those uh... storm pockets and it was a
stamp on your travelers so they could cite whether a but they have been trying
to do a lot of efforts the democrats to get people into that seventy-plus
thousand
person stadium one of them being which i think is quite cold is nine three one
program which is for volunteers kuku volunteer nine hours to work here at the
convention over three ships will get one ticket to see present obama speak on
thursday
uh... i i'm guessing they got a few thousand people through that i've seen
many people in town or just visitors who aren't even delegates were still coming
to charlotte so it would be my impression that the public could fill it
you know there are rumors that they are
but they may not be so will have to see the delayed it and i will know more
about uh... made
inot a clear answer back until tomorrow or later ourselves this'll watch i'm
looking forward to michelle obama speak and i will be doing an instant response
on youtube is we did all of last week for the democratic here the republican
keynote speakers
then we'll talk to you tomorrow we've been thinking with luke vargas talk
radio news service in charlotte north carolina thanks alot
now let's go to michael shore political correspondent for the young turks on
current tv now joining us from charlotte north carolina michael we've we uh... i
think should start with recapping that last night at the republican convention
in tampa we had the clint eastwood bizarre almost sad
yelling at
furniture speech
and then we had the mit romney speech
in the media it's been monday-morning quarterback all over the place with
republicans
kinda saying it was good although the the uh... of running campaign is
completely removed all evidence of the east with thing from their r_n_c_ video
and then we've seen democrats understandably say wow that was horribly
embarrassing but i'm curious what was it like actually being there in tampa what
were the republicans that were there what were they saying or they doing
or you know beforehand that as you'd expect plenty switching out there was a
huge ovation viewport cited the clinton was going to be there because believers
uh... you know i was saying
to my colleagues at current i i i i couldn't believe that there was a
suicide men
but eighty two-year-old actor i understand he still working understand
he still director but do you know their their policies uh... hearken back eighty
two years in some respects and here they are trotting out this a_t_t_ rolled
actor who is charming and uh... you know he is clint eastwood he's iconic he's an
american um... and but
afterwards i think yeah i think that people were saying work were kind of
dazed if that's what i think that's the best work today wanted to say it was
great they didn't
really know what had
but uh... and then the next day i think people were really mused over the fact
that no one was talking about romney speech at all it totally took over
eighty was usurped by clint eastwood and and that is not obviously with intended
dot i was not a memorable speech to begin with i was in a bad speech of the
sort of work when life is as far as acceptance speech stuff but nobody is
talking about nobody sharing anecdotes because everybody was talking about that
sort of snafu
uh... of clint eastwood's wasn't considered a snafu by kind of made i was
talking this morning actually
not on any kind of action of talking on the phone with the white kids and wife
docking
and he was saying that the uh... he expected to see a very broad makes of
republicans and reasonable people and blah blah blah and he said really
everybody he bumped into fits some kind of stereo type of who we assume is that
these events
and he really find those reasonable people that have a kind of more
down-to-earth view on things
what what do when you're talking to where they just incredibly stunned by
how great the split was aware that bank
dan surprises
they're expected to see serve a wide swath there there's a guerrilla
homogeneity that you don't see at the democratic convention but of course you
see at the republican convention all the people i spoke to afterwards after that
speech both gambling
the media and mostly the delegates in the serb rank-and-file people are city
next to it because inside the hall uh...
uh... dcis sort of said whoops that was a bad thing each he seemed senile are
known to be born fat offended by this reference to the f_ word but just sort
of disability and then the awkward moments there it kind of drowned the
room but what's really ugly is another thing i'd give it was the first night
that there is any real energy in the hall i mean like the kind of energy that
we close our eyes and you imagine what a political convention is like that kind
of energy is the only night at their that that existed it totally sap the
energy
uh... that romney was counting on and and i think you know so people were
saying that that you know people are defending the people show doesn't matter
is not running for president only an actor oh was fun does clint eastwood you
never know you're going to get we kinda do you know you're gonna get with clint
eastwood
and it's not what you've got
uh... and so i i think that
was was felt largely by the delegates to try to apologize are trying to put the
best face on it understandably so if anyone would but it was in the town
either open book
are a how is that charlotte so far
feeling different or similar to the atmosphere in tampa
i would sit at charlotte feels a little less security in in the way that you
don't feel like you're entering
the baghdad green zone the plea talked about last week on uh... but it feels
like no i don't feel any less safe i should also set uh... their is you know
democrats look a little more like america uh... when you see at the
democratic party see democratic convention you see lots of different
faces you see lots of different sort of economic strata you see congressman al
you see senators out you see all of that
but that the energy is a little bit different it's a little less organized
to uh... but it seems like a as if you're looking for a little more uh...
at america than than it was it the uh... at the republican match
arthur tonight we've got michelle obama will be doing instead response that's
because we did all of last week i expect the galleon interesting speech
i'm curious to see
and romney's speech see she opened by saying this isn't about party for
politics it was exclusively about that i'm interested to see whether michelle
obama will make a similar disclaimer but also how much a reference to specific
policy where it will there be we just don't know yet
do you know we don't know i don't expect is going to be a tremendous amount to
get there say do you know that she's going to be calling the president brock
allot and that that would be my guess and she's going to try you know if you
can an interesting way boats sheehan andromeda or really
dig into this analysis and i'm one who doesn't think we should over analyze
what the first lady in the potential first lady or say but if we want to for
this exercise they both have the same task in a way is to soften
there ma'am we know brocco bomb is unknown quantity but there is no
looseness there's a distance to prabhat of out of that i think maybe this past
system to try and rain in for people people who lost touch with them or or
who are new to this process up i'd etc and maybe there maybe a little bit of
that i don't think you're gonna get it serious policy and again everybody here
is waiting
uh... for book
when people are waiting for joe biden people obviously waiting for a probable
all right michael for political correspondent for the young turks on
current t_v_ will check in with you tomorrow
thanks
okay we'll take a break faith and plenty more coming up after the break
the david hackman shelves and david jacqueline dot com
welcome back to the david adventure comical benedict the sixteen th has been
tricked into blessing to *** actors and a video of the moment they said to be
included in the new bellamy gay *** film this is pretty compelling stuff
uh... this is of course according to famous gay *** producer
and bellamy founder george interrelate who announced this in online forum
the film is called scandal in the bad again that's coming out this month and
it's the story of a couple of young priests
dressed as catholic clerical students who enjoy their *** experiences
in the little country in the heart of italy's capital rome
what do you think about this list that the pope being trick you will see pope
benedict the sixteen th in the movie
blessing the main actors in a vatican meeting of course he had no idea that
this is for a *** movie
really tricking the poem i think it's great you like it love it
you know i'm kind of mixed on this because
my initial reaction is that
it kind of in poor taste because is a trek right i mean that the pope's not
really in a gay *** movie
andar stand
what would the catholic church being openly a bigoted organization against
gay and lesbian rights under stand the humor of that i do i do get it
at the same time the pope has got wrecked so it really doesn't mean very
much
at the same time that i remember a thing even poorer taste
that the catholic church in vatican persistently covers up
child sex abuse for years and years and years
and issue a bit high but last thurs
and then i still find it to be kind of important dates but i just don't really
care that much
no i think it's funny young my restocked with this would happen more often
because it might bring attention to
i don't know some of the things that people don't want to look at uh... why
would he have tried by you know what you're saying but my only concern is
that this type of thing is is going to bring negative attention
on gays and lesbians and it's actually been okay there's no way you're gonna
get anymore negative uh... noon eastern time
on the gay community from the church uh... no matter what menu not official
these pictures that people that here about this will say you know that's kind
of is in poor taste even though i agree
what what the pope and the catholic church
says
about both homosexuality and child molestation
isn't terribly poor case and that's really the poorest taste of all
like i said before i had to say the church to be uh...
space *** ring and it's an evil evil organization
i do not care what happens to it while louis doubling down
doubling down paul ryan style except what you're saying is based on lies now
you know what i'm saying is that
based on evidence
plenty of evidence
a catholic leader named the benedict congressional who's the reverend of the
franciscan friars of renewal
recently claimed in an interview with the catholic news source
this is unbelievable that it's often the case that priests are actually seduced
by the teenagers that they've been later accused of having molested that's right
this is an article in the examiner by our friend lou college of on even though
we survive bush
you'll survive obama page on face book catholic leader saying that molestation
victims often actually seduced unwitting priests who had no interest
in doing anything to them what do you think lewis about that
i think this is uh... another despicable attempt to uh...
to cover up for
deflect what's really going on in the church so than the comments were made to
the nap national catholic register which is a conservative catholic publication
and they've since been removed but of course we still have them they were
removed after the fact because of the outrage about them in the quote is
suppose you have this is benedict rachelle
suppose you have a man having a nervous breakdown in a youngster comes to have a
lot of the cases the youngsters aged
fourteen sixteen eighteen
they are this inducers
on their first offense in other words the molesting priest
they should not go to jail because their intention was not
committing a crime
what a despicable disgusting thing to say
yes uh...
i hope no one believes this but uh...
despicable i mean let's put aside the fact that this is a guy who for a long
time i mean he went number the jerry sandusky
child molestation thing
up benedict rochelle's reaction to that was to say poor guy
about jerry sandusky yet how many how many
children has this been a deeper sharma wants to go down the real question is
probably staggering number that's the real question here and they said
apologist for my comment they didn't intend to blame the mic the victim a
priest to abuse as a minor is always wrong and as always responsible
uh... i mean that's interesting
now some people are saying that uh... this is just senility and pointing to
the fact that seven years ago he was in a coma for over a month
and that his cognitive a bit abilities have been failing
that's fascinating because if it's true or not
we don't know
but what's interesting is that we are associating
saying incredibly outrageous things about who's to blame in child
molestation
with the lack of cognitive abilities and civility
what about all the people that aren't senile owner saying similar things in
defending these guys are covering them up within the catholic church what what
about those guys
youngest can't use that there aren't any
so uh... that the agony what's the explanation for everybody else who
hasn't been in a month comma
after a car accident white wire today
so anti-gay and seemingly uncaring about all of these children that are being
lost that younger than usual aegis also issue an apology and that's the end of
it
so the kids are responsible for the wall station
women are often responsible for their rate i've think i'm understanding the
right wing view now
it's uh...
i think he's pretty much got covered at least on social issue so let's go
further all those
or murders
they've been mistreated because their victims anti-spam into a murderous
frenzy and what we cleared that up to prisoner and really too
into this logic you could use just about any scenario
we're now seeing video from copper choc middle school in gig harbor washington
of a teacher named john roxie
joining students in bullying a thirteen-year-old kid this is disturbing
video may show it to you here
uh... i it's it's incredible within in one car was the punishment that the
teacher got mr rossy
or didn't get
both for something to look and listen at the video here
and there
and
correctly on the ground their deaths on and people are congregational with socks
collateral
people program at the bottom to the speed
here
people laughing now he's being
dragged
across the floor capital most people are calling on each of his linz the
the
and it goes on and on and presumably you know i'm not totally sure on which won
the teacher is oh i think in the freeze frame i have i am not actually sure
i think it may be the person who's kind of midstream towards the top where you
see the two shoes and the pants there
i'm not actually sure
it's not even on the table that the teacher wasn't involved so in other
words the students everybody knows that the teachers been involved it's not in
question at all it's just hard to identify which when the teachers
from this particular video lewis
yeah i'm i'm reading some of the comments here and some people claim that
the child is laughing
uh... i don't know if there's a lot of people trying to uh... trying to defend
the teacher what's incredible is
if even if the child is laughing
children to do anything to try to get through a situation
so for the reaction is the last much the same way that when someone is sexually
abused their reaction does not often at face value appear to be died of such
shock and and distress
to defend this by saying the kids seem to be laughing
is is pathetic and discussed and there really is
you know arm
scene seems pretty straightforward but uh...
i don't know what do you think winable thing rossi was suspended for ten days
without pay given training and move to another school
why would he fired and what i want what everyone to draw the payroll to is if
this were *** assault
the guy would be gone
the idea that it's less serious because it's
bullying oven on *** nature
i'd just don't agree with and what do you think i thought i think that this is
the guy who should be fired
it's clear that this is not a pending investigation thing because this is the
result of the of the action that was ten days without pay training you go to
another school isn't this equivalent of *** abuse
what uh... don't know if it's approved *** abuse i mean assuming that
everyone
uh... at the school the people that uh... let him go uh... as we could say
uh... as as long as they know that it was bullying
found that i think that uh... they should have been fired clearly
unearthing the idea that maybe it was a whole and whether or not
when if ever
i'm not saying that this this is equivalent to *** abuse in terms of
these dramatic effect that will have a child we don't know that can vary
depending on every situation is different
what i'm saying is
from the point of view of whether this is a teacher and that's been the future
should be allowed to teach children
if someone had sexually abused student they should be fired
if the teacher has participated in bowling which is something that they
should be there to prevent
they should be fired they should no longer be teaching children in that
sense high believe it is an allegation how it should be treated by the school
district
i agree with that
absorption of the year again
lot of people were saying that it was just force plane then someone makes the
comment that people didn't sandusky called what was going on in the shower
for sport case in point that's exactly the word that did that is used by
defenders here so
in any case completely inappropriate
and and and very very sad
very sad
yep they restrain stuff
let's take a break we'll be back after this a couple more stories i wanna tell
you about and what else lewis did the pacman dot com slash d_n_c_ giving away
free david packard showed t-shirts
with a yearly membership purchase check that out
david fashionista
candied happened dot com
still
david beckham and she uh... ideally paknet dot com doesn't l_a_p_d_ arrest
video that has been uh... circulating which is of a now being investigated by
the l_a_p_d_ higher-ups
which shows cops body fleming anders and mother who was wearing a dress quite
during a cellphone traffic stopped this is incredible this is
uh... uh... michelle jordan who was pulled over she's exile in california
she was allegedly talking on ur phone while driving into june that north east
los angeles okay now
jordan pulled into a parking lot of adult oxo restaurant got out of a car to
confront the officers
that taco places surveillance video appears to show the officers both men
yanking the five four
but by forewoman out of the car and slamming her onto the ground to cover
then date bring her to her feet to bring to the patrol car patter down
moments later
another cops lancer down on thurmond of the cops lancer back down on the ground
a second time
we have the video of this
i'd always have the same question the looking at this type of thing less
which is
extenuating circumstances
could we make up
that would make it this logical right so waited people say well we don't know the
full story
what could you could have happened that she said
i know i'm a five four registered nurse training at home to my kids but my
entire cars filled with guns anyway let's not just imagine what it could
have been as we watch the video here let's take a look
combo line two hundred
it is unclear why suddenly the officers take the warming down slamming the five
foot four thirty four-year-old mother to the ground
they then take the woman over to their patrol car now while she is in handcuffs
one of the male officers grabs her again and slam sir to the ground
after placing her in the back seat of the patrol car it appears the officers
give each other
a kind of hi-fi
the woman michelle in georgia and mother to a top brand of registered nurse
suffers bruises and speaks to her face and shoulder she also faces charges of
resisting arrest
but tonight her lawyers say this video approves the only legitimate quaker but
it's going to start yelling stuff out with microphones on every when you're
talking about the time
uh... on having deja vu dinh the cover this last week we were scheduled to
cover this but we did not
your positive did not cover this story ok izzo again
let's put up the pictures of what happened to this woman is you can see
here
and and i just always ask we don't jump to conclusions louis about
what is it is impose police brutality let's put the pictures up uh... that we
have occurred in time
uh... as you can see here these are some pretty serious injuries and being body
for him twice
i'd just don't understand i want to understand and again i'm not casting
aspersions on these police officers
but there's just so many questions as to what could we can even imagine that
makes this makes up the first the first time she went to the ground it looked
like
she was
trying to resist them arresting her and and trying to pull more way the cop kind
of fell over it look like that might have been an accident the second one no
way she clearly got
body slammed
uh... and the other issue is if the argument is washes resisting arrest
there's two large police officers and she's five
to what extent can she resist arrest that would warrant body slamming her
down on the ground twice and then this bumping your cohort they just doesn't
make sense i just don't get it
uh...
so
either way that that second ah... body slam
completely unnecessary if the first one was act was intentional also completely
unnecessary i don't see why uh... why to former men
and know that uh...
better they're supposed to be professionals
not very professional a deaf child named hunter is not allowed to use his name is
signed because the sign for hunter which is a dictionary word
uses that phone and to first fingers in handgun shape
and suggest specially motion some might my question about this is
uh... this is hunters language hunters language
is sign language
therefore
if you're not allowed to say your name because of a disability liked being
death
is that not a violation of the americans with disabilities act
uh...
well we were one of the word a provision of their i will tell you i think about
it another way uh... as brian spencer said
this is a symbol
it's an actual sign language sign is a registered sign through the s_ p_ e_
which is the signing exact english which is hunters sign language so his name
gesture is modified
with crossed fingers so it must be you know where is this would be the regular
guns sign
it would be a i i i would imagine that these two across and that's indicated
that he's not talking about a gun or a a hunter but he's talking about himself
i'm hunter
how can you how can you say that he's not allowed to say his name i just don't
get it i'd just don't get it and what if his name were in english if he'd wasn't
death in his name were written gunner
not a named i've particularly find interesting the would name my child but
out would you not be allowed to save my name is gunner because that also is that
the word is indicative of guns are now in you know it's i'm the biggest gun
control advocates i think there's too many guns you know that this is nothing
doing the right hand gun rights of just in the kid can't sign his name i don't
know yeah i think the logical uh... thing to do here would be for the school
to uh...
amend its its policy
uh...
if that's too difficult
uh... then
perhaps there is some type of uh...
uh... rights violation here i would be in just endicott use this is kind of
bizarre it's kinda like
bleeping out foreign language film where
someone in the foreign language says a word that sounds like the f_ word in
english but in the language of means or writing you
believe it out because here people are understanding in a different way is
similar to that yeah so we'll keep an eye on what happens here
let's go to your voicemail two one nine to david p is our voice mail i let's
take a look at the first uh... first what's nautilus
hi uh... uh... i've been implicated background i just want to keep an eye on

factual stopped
or along view
children and their right-hand man
and job
he really did a story he had directed to let you know it kind of click on the
typical
uh... mail homeowner of you know what is your so i wanna dress that's
it's completely accurate but i was wrong not to say that the enjoying a
look-alike
*** the cab driver i was wrong and and really i was influenced by the the
stories we were reading which is not that the to defend what i said
uh... by i'd buy said that she was what i've been he was forced to have sex at
knifepoint the man was rate that's exactly right and it's clearly an
indication of uh... that but the term rate is reserved mostly for infants is
of man
victimizing woman
situations and i was young not to call it that there were just a lot of details
about that story there were bizarre and and
and just
just awkward in strange and uh... we we commented a lot on on that but uh...
yeah europe i completely agree i should have called that from the start that's
