This is the third option of a dismount from the captain double hook. Basically I like
to call this roll with it cause what you are going to do is continue rolling with the motion
that you have already created. I will demonstrate for you. It looks simple, it is simple and
it is fun to do. Basically what I'm going to do is break down the movement and how to
do it. We all know how to do the captain hook, single hook, double hook, once your knees
hits that floor instead of stopping your are going to let that momentum of your body that
you keep going. You are going to roll into motion, bending your legs a little and you
should have enough momentum to bring your body up onto the pole again. I will demonstrate
one more time. Single hook, double hook, fall into the motion, pull yourself up.
