>> RON: My role is to ensure that we reach out and we target best in class
retailers and restaurants that best meet the needs of that market. We do this by
using tools that break down the demographics as well as psychographics of the
market. First we have to define the market, how large is the market and where are
those customers coming from. We found in North Fulton County we use a 20-minute
drive time and within that 20-minute drive time we found a very affluent customer
base. The average household income is 122,000 but more importantly when you
break down the different income segments, we found that the third largest income
segment is an income segment of 250,000 to 500,000 of income level. That’s the
third largest, but more importantly the fastest growing. This information gives us
the tools that we need to target retailers that will best meet the needs of this
community.
