Hi guys, We're here learning how to do some improv exercises. And the exercises that we're
going to do today is called "Who Stole the cookies from the cookie Jar". Now this exercise
also makes a great ice breaker but as an exercise, it teaches you how to share focus and how
to pass information unto other players. As well as learn the beat and timing of the of
the improvisers you'll working with. To play "Who Stole the Cookies from the Cookie Jar",
you're going to stand in a circle and pass the focus around as you sing songy phase about
stealing the cookies. The song goes like this: Who stole the cookies from the cookie jar?
Bill stole the cookies from the cookie jar. Who me? Yes you. Couldn't be. Then who? In
that which point in time that improviser would then name another one. So Dan Bean and I are
just going to do it as we pass information back and forth between the two of us. Ready?
Who stole the cookies from the cookie jar? Dan stole the cookies from the cookie jar.
Who me? Yes you. No, could be. Then who? Who stole the cookies from the cookie jar? Matt
stole the cookies from the cookie jar. Who me? Yes you. Couldn't be. Then who? Who stole
the cookies from the cookie jar? Doug stole the cookies from the cookie jar. And that's
how you play "Who Stole the cookies from the Cookie Jar".
