>> Hi giugizers and welcome back or if it's your first time on my channel, Hi and welcome
my name is Giuliana and I upload new videos every monday and friday
so if you haven't yet subscribe to my channel in order not to miss any of them
Today's video is a bit different from the usual ones
I will infact show you how I do my everyday make up
which is this one
nothing too strange, mainly because I'm not a make up expert and if you watch my videos you'll know that
I simply do my best, so I wouldn't define this a make up tutorial
it's more a way to show you my favourite products in action
You may have seen some of them featured in my monthly favourites videos or beauty hauls
but, as I said, this is the perfect opportunity to show them in action.
I will also show you how I try to style my hair
when it has not just been washed
This is my second day hair, which means I washed and curled it yesterday
So I'll also feature 2 haircare products
If you're ready I'd start straight away
so be prepared to see my make up free face from around 20 minutes ago
don't be scared and let's get started!
Ooooook, ready? Set! Go!
Let's start from the base, my favourite foundation of the moment is
Laura Mercier Silk Crème Moisturizing Photo Edition Foundation
I love it because it's lightweight, hydrating, but still offers a good coverage and it lasts well
To apply it I use my trusted beauty Blender, that I have previously soaked in water and ringed out
I dip it in the foundation and I gently dab it all over my face in order to get an even and natural finish.
Step 1 done!
Now let's move to the ey primer
My favourite one is Urban Decay Eyeshadow primer Potion in the shade Eden
which is the tinted one that allows me to even out the lid color amd make to eyeshadow last a long longer
I apply it with my fingers and I use a bit on my under eyes too as a concealer base
Speaking about concealers here comes my beloved Collection Lasting Perfection
I only discovered it a few months ago, but I'm already obsessed
because it has an amazing texture, it hides the dark circles and it also adds some light
that's why I also apply it around my nose, on the bridge of it
on my forehead and on my chin.
Then I blend it in with my Beauty Blender
Now that the base is done I set everything with Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder in Dim Light
that I apply with Zoeva 106/powder brush
The Hourglass powder is perfect if you want a glowy look because it's lightweight and shiny
To add some deepness to my face, which is quite pale and falt at the moment,
I use Hourglass Ambient Lighting Bronzer in Luminous bronze Light
I chose this bronzer because, just like the powder, it's glowy, but it still adds some deepness to my face.
To apply it I use Zoeva 127/Luxe Sheer Cheek
which is slightly angled and perfect for the purpose.
I apply it on my cheeks,
on my temple
on my forehead
and on my neck
Ok, it's time to move to the eyebrows
to fill and define them I use Benefit Goof Proof Brow Pencil
on one side it has a spooler that helps me tame my eyebrows
and on the other side it has a slant pencil to fill the sparse areas.
Do you know what people say about eyebrows?
That they are sisters, not twins, so don't go crazy trying to make them look identical
9 times out of 10 I end up with completely different brows, just like today, but that's the best I can do, so I'll roll with it.
To add a bit of definition I use Kat Von D Ink Liner in Hemingway
I know it's an eyeliner, but its super thin tip allows me to add some details and as it's waterproof it lasts all day, so why not?
Eyebrows dance time, a little rawr for no reason and we can move one
Now that my eyebrows are more or less done I can move to my eye make up
and here comes my most favourite eyeshadow palette
Anastasia beverly hills Modern renaissance
I love it!
I use tempera as a base, it's a matte light pink and I apply it all over my eyelid
using Sephora Shadow Smudge brush
Then I use Buon Fresco, a darker dusty pink,
and I apply it on my lid
to add some deepness I chose venetian red that I apply in the outer corner of the eyes
and my crease using Zoeva 231/petit crease
Woha, don't be scared, I'm going to blend it out, I won't leave it like that
but first I add a bit of love letter on my crease to add some more depth.
Oook, it's time to blend everything using my Zoeva 227/Luxe Soft Definer
Blend, blend, blend
Et voilà!
Now I add a bit of Primavera, a shiny golden shade,
and I apply it with a round brush from Zoeva, I don't know the name because it rubbed off
anyway I apply it in the inner corner of my eyes and under the brow bone.
then always using Zoeva 227/Luxe Soft Definer brush
I add a bit of venetian red under my eyes too and I blend it out
I'm done with the eyeshadows now I can move to eyeliner
and I chose Kat Von D tattoo liner in Trooper because it's simply amazing
it glides on smoothly, it's intense and it lasts all day.
The last step is mascara, my favourite one at the moment is Maybelline Lash Sensational that thanks to its
chubby and bended wand instantly adds volume and lengths to the lashes
Look at the difference!
Ok, the eye make up is done, now let's move to blush
at the moment I'm obessed with Lancome Cushion Blush substil in Splash Corail
a bright and shiny corally pink
to apply it I use MAC 187 brush
Dab, dab, dab et voilà, it's done!
As last detail I add my favourite highlighter Becca's champagne pop
that I apply with Sephora Pro Airbrush concealer brush it on my cheek bones,
under the brow bones,
on my cupid's bow, on the tip of my nose and on my chin
and look at that chiselled cheek bones!
Only one more step and the make up will be done, the lips!
First of all I define them using Make up Forever Waterproof Aqua Lip pencil in Beige Naturel
then I add on top Kat Von D Everlasting liquid lipstick in Double dare
a dark nude.
it's super matt and long lasting and it doesn't make your lips feel tight or dry
Et voilà, make up is done
now it's time to work some magic on the mess I call hair
I remove the elastic to show you my crazy hair in all its glory
as I said at the beginning of the video this is my second day hair
which means that I washed and curled it yesterday
and this is how it looks after I slept on it and tied it with an elastic
To tame it and add a bit of texture I use Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray
that smells heavenly, it doens't make my hair greasy and it adds volume
Then to add some shininess and avoid frizzs I use Ouai Hair oil
I pour a few drops on my hand, rub it between my palms and apply it evenly on my hair
Et voilà, this was my everyday make up, it's simple and wearable
it's also easy to make, there's nothing strange or too hard you need to do
because as I said at the beginning I'm not a make up expert
but I hope you liked it anyway and that you enjoyed seeing which products I use on a daily base
if you enjoyed the video please give it a thumbs up so that I will know it
and if you haven't yet subscribe to my channel in order not to miss any new video
I also remind you that on my blog you will find other pictures of the finished look together with the products list
with links to buy them online or simply to know more about them
and the link to my blog post is in the downbar
Ok, that's really it now, I send you a big kiss and I'll see you in my next one, ciao!
