Hi, my name's John Connell. I'm an attorney at Burg Simspson, and I do workers' compensation.
I spent the first twenty years of my career
working on the insurance company side, and so I had a lot of time spent working
with adjusters.
Sometimes, the adjusters are really nice
and they can be great people, but you know what? They're not there for your
benefit. The adjustor is there to save the insurance company money.
No matter how nice they are,
they're there to try and do what they can do to save the insurance company from
spending money.
So, if you have an adjuster that is being nice to you, that doesn't necessarily
mean that the adjuster is looking after your best interests.
If you want a free evaluation of your case, please feel free to contact me. My
