Toronto's Annex is a great area, it's basically known as the Annex because of the Annex University Toronto,
so it's just north of Bloor, west of Yonge Street, west of Avenue Road.
We've got Yorkville, we've got Hazelton, we have all the shops that are involved.
There's lots of young people always around. The houses are big, Edwardian for the most part.
There are some Victorian houses in there. But there's some great parks and planning of the Annex was very much for the high-end,
University professors and people involved, doctors who were involved with the University.
It's a great area, restaurants abound, as you move around Bloor Street and you move out on Bloor Street
you can have Korean restaurants and all sort of different options for different foods, and French and Italian.
Just amazing things around. You can see a lot of people walk through Yorkville and Hazelton Lanes.
And you can pretty much see everything, movie stars or just people enjoying and recreating with their friends.
It's just a great area to be in.
Especially if you have a big family you can make use of a very large house.
A lot of the houses are in the 3,500 to 5,000 square foot range.
It's a wonderful walk able area and that's one of the highlights of the Annex,
is the walkability and the parks and the access to the University and the access to the subway. Great place to live.
