The album has a cyclic form, it starts with 'Back to the roots',
as a message that we have to go back where we came from.
So we have to go back on that crossroad,
where in certain time instead of going right we went left.
Now we have to go back there,
and we need to turn right.
The whole idea behind the album,
is a comment of a four billion years...
of evolution.
If we can say so.
I don't see the evolution in terms of what we are,
and what are we doing to our selves.
The process of creating an album is a childish play.
The more you play, the more interesting it becomes.
and in the end you have an album.
In this case it was 'At the end of the sand'.
'Blind' was the moment when,
blues and hip hop were mixed with synthetic sounds.
That was the first track that made the sound of the album.
After that moment we knew how the album will sound.
That's the interesting part, that's the process.
We enjoy the process more than...
the finished piece.
In Macedonia we have a saying: "I haven't got a clue"
It happens to us all the time.
you go out,
you see what is going on,
but you choose to look the other way.
It's the same at work,
the same thing on TV.
We know what's going on but we choose to look the other way.
It was very interesting how the lyrics of this song was made.
I was calling my friend in the middle of the night,
so he can tell me all the terms used
in the programming languages that he knows about.
Everyone is free to do what ever he wants with the present technology.
That's way the 21st century is so good, but
we always find a way to *** things up.
Strange.
But at the end it's really like that.
many people upload their lives just to be seen as popular.
which is a very wrong way of using the technology.
When they ask me: Have you been working today?
I say no, i was in the studio.
I don't see ten hours in the studio as work.
Many times you end up with nothing.
But...
but you enjoy the process, the childish play.
Religion is the best way to control people.
It made it's way into the song called 'Control'
They've put God on a green piece of paper,
so the more you have of this green paper, the more you trust in it.
Interesting.
Well the energy is different, the character is different.
It had to be like that, it was a serious theme we were dealing with.
we are dealing with people,
the things they are doing,
things that we consider not cool.
We need to wake up.
The whole album is talking about waking up.
waking up in terms of...
doing something before,
before they knock on your door.
We need to love each other more i guess, i don't know.
I don't think that we are going to lose the audience.
Maybe we'll have a new, different audience.
We,
We don't intend to have a certain style, ever.
Except, if that style is called Bei the fish.
The one...
that has no boundaries.
It's the same person all the time.
Nikola Tesla, as all the others, is the man on the cross.
Every single man in the history of mankind,
who wanted to...
who wanted to make it better for us,
ended up on the cross.
Sometimes in your live you need to be serious, though,
I think that...
after this record we are actually
less serious than when we played light pop music,
We are still playing pop music, we were always playing pop music,
we were more serious then, when we were fooling around,
and now, when we are serious, we are actually fooling around.
After all this time we are standing at the end of the sand,
waiting for everyone to join us,
back to the place we came from.
so we can make that right turn for the first time.
