and today I wanna show you how to do the Side Slide.
Keep your body straight.
Place your right foot underneath you and slide your left foot.
here's the key, to properly slide you need to place all your weight
on your right foot.
Push on it and leave the left foot go.
Now you have to switch.
Now your weight must be on your left foot.
Bring your right foot sliding on your heel and place it just in front
of your left foot.
Switch again and repeat.
I think the Side Slide and all kind of slides are a matter of style rather than technique.
Practice until it feels natural and you will see how good it looks
