>> I've talked about this before but there was a professor
who said something to me my senior year and I've lived
by it ever since I heard it
and what he said was every human being you ever meet has infinite
worth and I took that and it's informed this entire way
that I live every single day because it's a reminder
that every person that crosses your path has dignity
and value and matters.
I really believe that by showing up and honoring people
who are marginalized, whether it's death row prisoners,
or people dying in an Aids hospice
or just a homeless person on the street, by showing up for them
and treating them with respect you've already done more
and that seems so simple.
Everyone can do that yeah.
