Hi, I'm Catherine from Telstra and in this video we'll take you through how you can switch
your paper bill to an email bill online 24/7. Email bill is your electronic business bill
that is sent to your email address rather than through the post.
There's a few ways to request an email bill. The first option is to open your internet browser and
type in the menu bar telstra.com/business/emailbill to reach the email bill request page. Or you
can Open Telstra.com, Select the small business tab and click on the small business home icon
to view Telstra's Small Business home page, Choose the email bill icon to view the email bill request page.
To request your email bill, there are some mandatory fields to complete
so we can verify your details: Type your first name and last name, Enter your date of birth,
Your contact phone number and your ABN if you're a company.
The next step will depend on the number of billing accounts you have. There are 3 simple options to choose from:
Option 1: If you have 1 Telstra Billing Account -- Choose 'Selected Account'.
Enter your billing account number or service number, Your email address and Your preferred
bill format. Tick on the 'terms and conditions' and then select 'Submit'.

Tick on the 'terms and conditions' and then select 'Submit'.
Option 3 - Choose this option If you have multiple accounts and prefer not to have all your billing accounts sent via email bill.
Choose the 'Selected Account' option. Enter your first billing account number or service number, your billing
account name, your email address and preferred bill format. To add your second account
click on the 'add account' button and repeat the above fields for your second billing account.
Here are some tips to remember: One- The authorised representative of your business account should submit your request.
Two- Double check the email bill address you entered, to ensure there are no mistakes
Three- Each month, leave some available mailbox space for your email bill.
While your request is progressing you may receive one more paper bill depending on your billing cycle.
Alternatively, if you are a My Account For Business customer,
you can switch from paper bill to email bill via the My Account For Business home page
or Billing page, select the bill delivery method button and choose the email option
from the drop down list. You can login to your My Account for business at telstra.com/business/myaccount.
Email bill is all about convenience and flexibility- reducing the amount of paper you use and keeping
all your information accessible via email. There are also many ways to pay your bill
online- view the video here or visit telstra.com/paymybill to make a payment.
