Hi my names Tony Bishop-Weston, award winning vegan chef and author of the Taigh-Na-Mara
vegan cookbook, vegan and the complete book of vegan cooking and probably a few others
if you looked on google. I'm here today in the Vegusto kitchen and we're just going to
be looking at some luncheon snack ideas using the Vegusto Sandwich Slices and the Pate's
and the Vegusto No-Muh cheeses as well, all really sort of lower fat than their meat and
dairy equivalents and also the fats that are in there are things like coconut fat, rapeseed
oil, sunflower oil, so you've got essential fats in their and fats that easily turn into
energy, fats for your brain rather than fats for your bum basically generally speaking
high protein I mean these, most of these have got as much protein in as beef and the cheese
is quite high protein as well. Right so there's this one here Vegusto Sandwich Slices and
it's called Hotsami, it's got a lovely sort of Asian sort of spicy feel to it I'm thinking
maybe a rice cake, so a rice cake, some of these slices and then I'm thinking maybe some
pickled beetroot, little bit of gherkin I think, and then maybe a little bit of, we've
got this delicious onion marmalade, I think just a bit of, I think it needs just something
a little bit sweet you know that tradistional sort of Asian style, just a little bit of
sweet in there to set it off. So that's the Hotsami salami, a little bit of grated beetroot,
pickled gherkin and a little bit of onion marmalade. I've been Tony Bishop-Weston in
the Vegusto kitchen look on www.Vegusto.co.uk for other snack ideas, delicious ideas with
all these different products, thank-you for watching, see you again soon bye bye.
