Hi! This is Matt on behalf of Expert Village and today we are going to learn how to make
steak with spicy stuffed potato and collard greens with vinaigrette sauce. Now if any
of you guys have ever watched any of my other videos on Expert Village, you notice that
I always pride myself in making meals sixty minutes or less. Today this meal is going
to take a little more than sixty minutes but I guarantee that if you put the time and effort
in it, it is going to taste great and you are going to really satisfied with the results.
So let's get our shopping list and see what it takes to make our meal today. Boneless
tenderloin steak, 2 cups of low fat unsweetened yogurt, some steak sauce, some vegetable oil,
some balsamic vinegar dressing, garbanzo beans, 1 green onion, some fresh collard greens,
chitake mushrooms, an onion, red pepper and some garlic, some cilantro, some rosemary,
2 large potatoes for baking, some Thyme, some course ground black pepper, some red wine.
