The next move I am going to show you is called the Roll Up Roll Down. It is usually a transition
between two moves. Maybe on the upper and lower body. The Roll Up and Roll Down looks
like this. And, I usually try to keep it just to my midsection. That way I can top it off
with a move, or finish it off on the bottom of the move. So, how do you do a Roll Up Roll
Down? You want to make sure you are in proper position. And, to roll up, you want to just
give a little chest lift. Push your ribcage out. Push your belly out. And, then what you
want to do at the end is suck your stomach back in. So, chest lift. Lift it up. Push
your ribcage out. Push your belly out, and then suck it back in. So, it is. Roll, roll,
roll, suck. Lift. Push your ribcage out. Stomach, and suck it back in. Push it out, and suck
it back in. Push it out, and suck it back in. Now, to come out of that. Right now, you
are tucked in on your lower abdomen. You want to push it out. Push your ribcage out into
it, and end with your chest. And, come back to neutral. So, it is push out the bottom
on the your abdomen. Push it out. Push out your ribcage. Push out your chest, and come
back neutral. Push. And, push. We are going to put this together. So, it is roll down.
Roll up. Roll down and roll up. Roll down and roll up.
