You can pretty much do a complete total body workout with just little to no equipment.
Actually, a co-worker and I have recently started doing a hundred jumping jacks.
We have started doing that to hold ourselves accountable for it and sometimes we get too
busy. We can't do it every hour, but, if we could at least get it done a few times a day,
that gets us moving.
