Well the London bus is very unique.
I first heard of the London bus when I was about 7 years old and I used to watch Carry On - On the Buses.
When you are on a bike or a car you have to concentrate on what you are doing.
When you are on a bus it's like you are on holiday, because you can just look out of the window and look at peoples lives...
and see what they're doing, and you know, make faces at people...
and then they can't get you because you are on a bus and it's going to move in a minute anyway.
And also, what I love about the bus is, you can always listen to other people's conversations...
which is really useful to me because that's where I get my jokes.
And so you listen to it, and you go, "What an idiot, oh my god I can't believe she did that!"
You know that British thing, where they pretend they're not listening but everybody's listening.
I think it would just be really funny one day if one person just got up and read the paper to the entire bus, and said...
"look we're all reading the same thing why don't I just read it to you?"
That's the kind of thing that would happen on a London bus, that would never happen anywhere else, I don't think, no! (Laughter)
The most fascinating thing is when you see women on the bus putting their make-up on.
When the bus is moving and you're just looking at them, and they're sitting right in front of you.
You're thinking "how are you going to get that eyeliner on? How is it going to go from there to there?"
And they manage to do it and they are like experts at it.
They're like this and you can see everybody thinking "my god she looks alright!"
After about 2 minutes she has done her whole face and you think "god she looks alright... I could never do that." (Laughter)
