We are a software technology company and we wanted to grow our base in the US.
And that is fully applicable and this is better.
I couldn’t have done that with a local marketing agency in Belgium or anywhere else in Europe.
I could even argue that, even without any US requirements,
TribalVision is a good partner to work with on marketing and communications.
They were very good at executing a brand survey.
I was so amazed of the speed at which
they put together a questionnaire, they sent it out,
they got results and we organized a workshop.
That was actually very impressive.
First of all, for once, I had the feeling
we had a six-month marketing plan, so not a long-term marketing plan.
I had the feel of control and visibility
in terms of what was going to happen and
I had the feeling that it was going to happen.
The feeling of confidence and what we said we would do
-- because in this company we often have many ideas,
"We should do this, we should do that", and it keeps coming back in meetings,
but it doesn’t happen because other product is so popular and things like that.
So, I had the feeling that this plan would happen.
At the same time we had these weekly meetings in which
new ideas would come up and any kind of new things
or change of priorities was also delivered very quickly.
A very quick loop in terms of "Organize that," and it happens.
There was a scope and plan defined in a set of actions
so TribalVision made all the presentations in terms of
"OK, within that budget, here are all the things we were going to do."
Then we said OK and we entered the agreement.
We adjusted it regularly, we added things and at no point in time was there a discussion
on,
"Oh, this is outside the agreement."
If it was really outrageous, it would be said and that would come as an additional service.
That was really easy to work with on that level.
