Alright here we are. I'm going to touch up on a few thing that we need. I have a basic
pair of pliers here more then likely you are not going to need these today but I have these
just in case I have a stubborn pin or something along those lines. Now the next item that
we have here we have a bore light here. Now what this bore light is going to do it is
going to allow us to look inside the barrel and look inside the chamber of the cylinder
of the revolver. Then next we have a series of 5 brushes here. Now these brushes I have
just have them here to be able to clean the inside of the action of the cylinder. Inside
the frame of the Blackhawk, I have a little light brass brush here I use that items that
I don't want to scrub to hard. I have a light steel brush here that is for caked on dirt
and I have 2 nylons brushes here. Stiff nylon, soft nylon just a old used tooth brush it
works great. Then I have a little 45 caliber push rod here with plastic fibers. I'm going
to use this to clean the inside of the chambers of that cylinder. Next, we have a little flat
blade screwdriver. I use this to use in conjunction of the patches when I'm cleaning the inside
of the frame and in these finicky corners that you can get into in these firearms. Q-tips
same thing I use these for wipe down, cleaning small areas, we have our oil rag. Now I'm
not going to use this oil rag until the end of the whole process, I use this actually
to just wipe down the firearm and once we are out of final handling. Next, we have Hoppes
number 9 we are going to use this with our bores snake and 45 caliber to swab out the
inside of the barrel. That Hoppes number 9 is going to help take away some of that copper
jacking and some of the lead deposits inside the barrel. Since most of these 45 long coats
are soft lead shots. Next, we have rim oil just for lubrication and we have Break free
and Break free is my cleaner and lubricant and preservative that us inside the fire arm
in all its working parts. That I would let set in and break everything free. Then I have
some gun oil wipes that we think if they are necessary at the end, if I need something
a little added bonus to the oil rag. But next we are going to talk a little bit about safety.
