Now we're going to learn corkscrews. Corkscrews are great for strengthening he shoulders,
arms, wrists, and fingers. Corkscrews are when you start at the waist, you lift up in
to lasso over your head, and then you drop back down to the waist. There's 4 different
variations to corkscrews. The first one is lifting up with your first hand into lasso,
and also dropping down with your first hand. The second one is lifting up with your second
hand into lasso and dropping down with your second hand. The third one, and a really fun
one, lifting up with your first hand and dropping down with your second hand. The last variation
is lifting up with your second hand into lasso and dropping down with your first hand. Get
ready for some fun.
