Erica Brown: (applause) George Clooney, you’re the most eligible bachelor in the United States.
George Clooney: Thanks Erica. It’s a labor of love.
Erica Brown: Any chance you’re Jewish? I can get you speaking gigs with a lot of synagogue
brotherhoods. George Clooney: I love that idea. O Brother,
where art thou? Do they pay well? Erica Brown: Honestly? No. But you always
get a good bagel and lox. George Clooney: I love lox.
Erica Brown: Love is such an interesting four letter word. It means so much or so little.
Is your love for lox the same as your love for your girlfriend?
George Clooney : No one asks me if I’m going to marry my lox. I guess it’s less complicated.
Do you think we each have a soul mate? Erica Brown: We’ll be talking about that
question and others in our Great Conversations class on Judaism and Love. Want to come?
George Clooney: I’d love to, but I can’t. Good night and good luck. (applause)
Erica Brown: Join me, Erica Brown, for the Jewish Federation’s new series, Great Conversations.
