Hi I'm chef Rainer Wickel and I'm here today with Expert Village.com well we're finish
cooking our chorizo's they've been cooking for about 20 to 25 minutes in the hard apple
cider. And now we're ready to serve it, so as you can see there cooked really nice, we
just had them simmering in there for about 20 minutes and there cooked all the way through.
So lets go ahead and turn the stove off, boy that smells really good you can smell that
apple cider, and the bay leaf in there. It's going to give it a really good flavor, so
now that the way we serve these chorizo's is basically go ahead and pull them out of
the pan and traditionally in historia the way that they serve these chorizo's is what
they do is just serve them exactly like this, you go ahead and cut them up into fairly thick
slices and make sure that you have a lot of bread because you always eat this with a lot
bread. And believe me this is really tasty, and this was our last Tapa and it's been a
lot of fun showing you how make different types of Tapa's now remember if you want to
go ahead and do it the Spanish way, make this in between meals because that's what Tapa's
are traditionally served as, but if you want to make a Tapa's party go ahead and grab your
favorite bottle of wine or bottle of Sangria and go ahead and serve this to your friends
and you'll real hit and this is how you make Spanish Tapa's.
