>> JILLIAN SKINNER: Behind me, the cranes, the diggers are well and truly involved in the redevelopment of this $324 million build at Blacktown Hospital.
>> JILLIAN SKINNER: This is one of the hospitals that benefit from this year's $1.2 billion record investment in health capital works in the budget.
>> JILLIAN SKINNER: This is building the hospital system in New South Wales to the degree it should after many, many years of neglect.
