Hey guys! This is Jen. And today, I wanted to share with you my twist
on holiday makeup, inspired by silver bells. I did a frosty, smokey eye and then added
red sparkly lip gloss. Let's get started.
So to start out with I'm going to take this Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Cream Shadow Stick in
Shadow and I'm going to apply this to the main part
of the eyelid. But it doesn't have to be perfect. It's just
going to be the base color for the eye shadow we're applying.
Next, I'm going to take this metallic eye shadow in iced blue
And I'm just going to apply this to the main part of the eyelid.
Next, I'm taking the matte eyeshadow in Steel, and I'm going to use it to contour around
the outside of my eye. Very softly winging the outside to give a
cat-eye effect. Next, I'm taking this light shadow in Bone
and I'm going to apply it right underneath my eyebrows to brighten the eyes.
Using the same Steel color from the custom palette I made,
I'm going to apply this to my lower lash line. And giving it a smokey effect.
All right, so now that we have the base on the eyes plus the lid color and the contour
color, Now we're going to put a bit of sparkle to
the look, using this sparkly shadow right here.
This one is Mica. I'm just applying it with my middle finger
right here, And I'm going to press this onto my eyelid.
So this is the step that is going to give that extra special, multi-dimensional sparkle
that's going to make it different from every other holiday look.
So just when you thought I added a lot of sparkle, I'm going to add just a little bit
more. This Long-Wear Cream Shadow in Platinum.
It's a really gorgeous silver color. I put some here on the back of my hand so
you could kind of get a jist of just how bright and sparkly that is.
So I'm just going to add this to the lower lash line, near inner corners.
And into this tear duct area. And that's just going to give you an overall
brightening effect to the eye. Next, I'm taking this Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner
in Black Ink So I'm just going to create a pretty thick line, and I'm going to wing it
out at the end. And then I'm taking the remaining eyeliner
on the brush, and just smudging it into my lower lash line.
Okay, so the eyes are about all done. So I'm going to finish them off with curling
my lashes, adding mascara, and then putting on some false eyelashes.
If you already have amazing lashes, you can totally skip this step.
But I think false lashes are awesome and they go with any occasion.
Next, I'm moving onto the brows. And I'm going to take this brow kit and fill them in.
So starting in the middle here, I'm just using small brush strokes.
So it gives a full but natural look. Next, I'm going to apply this matte blush
in Tawny. It's nice because a matte color isn't going
to compete with all the sparkle going on your face.
Next, I'm going to finish off the look with this red sparkly lip gloss.
The color is Black Ruby. The nice thing about this is you don't need
to carry a lipliner or a separate lipstick. It has all the color right there!
So this is the final look. I hope you guys enjoyed my take on the "Silver Bells", which
is just a little bit different then the gold you see just about everywhere else also.

On your eyes. Okay, there we go. Thank you.
