Unpacking CO2 SET100
CO2000 professional pressure reducer multi-exit (4L+1H)
Unscrew the CORing adapter used for rechargeable bottles in case you use our disposable CO2 500gr CO2 cylinder
Make sure that you don't lose the O-ring when you unscrew the CORing adapter
CO2000 Professional pressure reducer is now ready to fit on disposable CO2 bottle
Pro stopper check valve
ATO10 CO2 diffuser in handmade glass
Spilo-L precision needle valve
Use the empty hole in the CO2000 and screw using your hands the Spilo-L
Make sure that it is well tight to avoid leak of CO2 from there
CO2 bubble counter in handmade glass
Unpacking the accessories that will be used to connect the CO2 system
Silicone tube, Vent-T (transparent suction cup) vacuum syringe and fast connection tube
Fast connection tube to attach or remove the silicone tube with all accessories
Close the Spilo-L (precision needle valve) to avoid leak of CO2 when you put it in the CO2 bottle
High pressure gauge (not included on SET100)
Use some teflon on the screw of High pressure gauge to avoid leak of CO2
Now look at the CO2000 and find the letters HP
Unscrew the protection screw (tool not provided, but easy to find in any tool kit)
Rotate the High Pressure gauge on the HP hole carefully till is well tight
Now choose one of the others multi-exits to adapt the Low pressure gauge
Unscrew the protection screw (tool not provided, but easy to find in any tool kit)
Rotate the Low Pressure gauge carefully till is well tight
CO2000, Spilo-L, HP and LP installed ready to be connected to the CO2 bottle
Rotate the CO2000 on CO2 500gr disposable bottle till is well tight
To connect the Glass Bubble Counter we advise that before you attach the silicone tube
Pass through the silicone tube a Vent-T it will help to fix the bubble counter
Then press the bubble counter into the silicone tube and when the silicone reaches to half of the base, stop!
Push the "Vent-t" over the silicone tube until it reaches to the end of the base of bubble counter
Vent-t (suction cup) should be over the silicone tube, it will give you 1mm extra and elasticity
1mm extra and elasticity will permit to you press both Vent-t at same time without breaking the Bubble counter
Repeat the same steps mentioned before to add the other Vent-T on the other side
As you can see the 1mm extra and the elasticity avoids breaking the bubble counter on the glass
Put the silicone tube into the water to check the length of the tube that you will need to connect the diffuser
Cut the silicon tube and repeat the same steps used when added the suction cup on bubble counter
Add first the Ven-t on the silicone tube and later push the diffuser into the tube
After push the ATO10 diffuser into the silicone tube just do it till half of ATO10 and then stop!
Push the "Vent-t" over the silicone tube until it reaches to the end of the base of ATO10 diffuser
Put the ATO10 inside of the aquarium and press the vent-t on the side glass of the aquarium
For a better maintenance and efficiency we recommend the use of Stopper (check valve) above of bubble counter
Be sure that Stopper is placed on the right position please follow the arrow and the flow of it
For aesthetic reasons we suggest the use of another Vent-t to get the tube straight inside of the aquarium
For the same aesthetic reasons and to keep the tube straight outside of the aquarium you can cut the excess
The use of the Stopper above the Bubble counter permits to you fill it with water any time you need
Or even remove the Ato10 diffuser for cleaning without remove other accessories
In this situation we sucked the water from aquarium through the tube directly to the bubble counter
After filled with water we just need to press the silicone tube in one edge and add the stopper
And place the bubble counter on the right position
Connect the other stopper (not included on SET) near of CO2 disposable bottle or CO2000
Insert the fast tube connector on Spilo-L and the system is now prepared to work
Open slowly the precision needle valve to control the bubbles per second to use on the aquarium
To control the dissolved CO2 on the water we suggest the use of a permanent CO2 checker - ELOS VISUAL
Micro bubbles of CO2 from ATO10 with bubble counter side by side
General overview of the system! Further information on www.elos.eu
We also recommend the use of a solenoid valve, will save CO2 because is controllable with a timer
Our EV2000 (Solenoid valve) works only with 24v and is connected by fast tubes
