Hi, my name is Lauren, I'm going to be discussing how to style your mohawk. When you actually
do the mohawk cut, this, all this hair will be gone and you will be left with one section
going down the center of the head. If you leave your stylist, it's important for you
to be to know how to actually style your mohawk. Mohawks tend to stand straight up and more
of a spiky formation. I suggest using a very hard gel, anything that is either texture
based where you can get like trends or have a little cream or anything that is very hard
holding gel-wise. Another good thing that actually a lot of people do who have mohawks,
what they use is Elmer's glue because it actually helps the hair stand. They would simply put
the glue in their hair, which it does will I shout. And then they would hold it until
it dried and then those pieces would stand. Any type of hard gel will do. Spikers gel
is really great in order to get the pieces to stand straight up. It's a bit of a harder
hold gel and then it has to which has to dry. Now since this section is a little heavier,
I would put a little bit extra and I would use my blow dryer in order to dry the products
before letting go of it. That will help to hold wet that mohawk stay throughout the remainder
of the day and you will have that nice spike mohawk.
