going to be demonstrating the Quadruped position.
So get down to that, which is your hands under your shoulders, knees under your hips with
your spine naturally curved. What we're going to do here is we're going to reach out with
our left leg and our right arm, and then we're going to reach in, touch the knees to the
elbow across your body, reach in, touch, reach back out. Good.
You want to stop with your heel level of your butt. So do another one, heel level of your
butt, and you want to get your bicep up by your ear. Good. While you're doing this, do
a couple more for me, Helen. While you're doing this, keep your belly button pulled
in and really think "length" when you're reaching up and back with your opposite arm and leg.
Again, one more. That's perfect.
