To saute mushrooms, start with a pan that's at medium high to high heat. Next, take your
oil and you don't need that much. Then, place it into the pan. We're going to put our mushrooms
into the pan and let them saute. Mushrooms will shrink to about half their size. So,
keep that in mind when deciding how many mushrooms you're going to need. Mushrooms will absorb
a lot of the oil. But, then as it cooks it will go ahead and release that oil. So, when
the pan starts to look dry don't add more oil. Let the mushrooms cook down just a little
bit more. And, you'll see that it will release the oil and the moisture that's in the mushrooms.

sauteing you want to go ahead and season them. That's really the best time to season your
mushrooms. And, that is how you saute mushrooms
