Hello my name Angela Faiola and today on behalf of Expert Village we are going to be preparing
fried calamari. Now we are going to seasoning our squid nice and dry. Season as you prefer.
Put a little bit of salt and little bit of pepper. Mix all this up. Now we are going
to add some flour, use as much flour as needed. I don't really believe in measurements I believe
in feeling things. But like I said it is about a cup of flour you just want to make sure
they are full of flour and there is not all that wetness. Just keep covering them until
they get completely covered inside and out. The reason for that is when you have your
egg is going to pick up more egg and it is going to be crunchier when you have the final
product of fried calamari. There you go.
