[Chicken Hot Wings Recipe]

today I'm going to cook Hot Chicken Wings
Hot Chicken Wings is traditionally served with Blue Cheese Dip with celery sticks
We'll need 12 chicken wings cut in half.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok or big casserole. Oil should be about 2 inches deep.
and fry the chicken in it. Don't let the oil to smoke just hot enough.
It is a fairly easy dish to prepare.
Let it fry for about 6 minutes.
After 5 to 6 minutes turn turn them over once. And let it cook another 2 to 3 minutes.
or until the wings are thoroughly cooked. The color must be golden brown.

Place it on a paper towel to drain the escess oil.
Season with salt.
transfer the wings into a small bowl.
In a small casserole melt 3 tablespoons of butter. Add 2 table spoons of hot sauce and 2 tablespoons of vinegar.
Pour the mixture of butter, hot sauce and vinegar over the Chicken Wings.
Toss it so they are all coated with the hot sauce and butter.
The chicken hot wings smell great
transfer to a plate.
and serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dip.
