Hi, Susanna here. Thank you Sandy for the inspiration of doing a random act of kindness.
As you can see I'm sitting here in my car and what happened was I was out walking with
Junior, my little cute Maltese, and on the way back to the house I hear this couple walking
in front of me, and the guy says: Are you sure it's this direction? Yeah yeah [says
his girlfriend], we just have to go a little further and turn right."
So I walk up behind them and ask: "Can I help you? Where are you going?" And they said:
we are going to Parc de la Grange, it's right over here, right? And I said No, it's actually
over 3km away--in the complete opposite direction. So I explained to them how to get there etc
and then they went on their way, they were going to take the bus. And Ilive in the countryside
so the buses go very often. So I get back to the house and I'm on my way to go shopping
actually for the weekend, so I thought, OK, I'm going to go and give them a lift. So that's
what I did! And I just dropped them off and now they get to experience Parc de la Grange
and they didn't have to take the bus. And they got there so much faster. So this is
the parc and I used to walk my dog here a lot when I used to live very close by here.
There you go. What's your random act of kindness that you have done today? It felt really good
to give them a lift and they were happy afterwards. He was from Panama and she was German. I don't
know their names but anyway that's what happened to me today. Take care, have a nice weekend!
Bye
